i ordered a rack and pinion from detroit axle took 578 off of my card sent me a email my part was on the way even give me day it should arrive about five days never was a tracking number provided so when fed x couldnt find my package so i reached out to detroit axle and found out it never was shipped was told by Amy to touch back 24 to 48 hours so when i waited the longer than 48 hours she said they couldnt do my order i ask for a refund she said it would take 24 to 48 hours to put it back its been three days since then no r... read more

That company is a joke when it comes to getting parts they will give you a story about a warehouse when you don't get all your parts I own a repair shop and have a customer vehicle apart waiting for them I told them to just refund me on the axle that haven't even left their facility and they're giving me a story that I'll have to wait until I get them to send them back. They sent me the wrong parts and then refused to send me the right ones without me sending the parts back first. Never had a company that was so unhelpful. They made it seem as though it was my fault and I needed to jump through hoops to fix it

I like the parts that this company makes but I can not stand the customer service and general service from this company. I ordered a pair of CV Axles for my truck just to be told that they are being tested, a week goes by and my parts still haven’t been shipped. I call once a day to ask about it and I am told I need to wait another 24 hours to get them shipped. Worst part was I need these days prior because my truck is in a bad state and needs major repair, it is my only vehicle I use for personal use and work. I am never do... read more

Ordered a sway bar kit 4 links off Amazon and Detroit Axle sent me two links and to shocks. And now don't want to stand behind their mistake. With endless back and fourth messages noting is done. So beware when you use Amazon or Detroit Axle! I'm throwing their stuff in the garbage and buying else where.

order a part back in March 2024 using my card and waited 3 weeks for part and when it arrived guess what? wrong part...sent it back and had to wait for another 2 weeks for inspection and refund. it passed the inspection and no refund. its over 2 months still calling and demanding my refund. company needs to assists their customers complaint not having employee get information and give you the run around.

Buyer beware, just received a 6 piece front end kit. Ordered through amazon. Received one greaseable upper control arm and the other upper control arm not greaseable. Amazon clearly shows a grease fitting for both control arms. The only thing I got from them that it was a newer style, it was pre greased and carried the same warranty. They are baiting and switching on the parts on their orders.
