I regret ever ordering from them! Ordered a power steering rack and pinion over 4 months ago the one I received the deal was broken. They send me a new one and wrong part happened three times. Going on over 5 months still no correct part they just want more money but they can’t even send me the correct part I paid for! Very disappointed

I ordered hubs for my 2006 Ford F250 pickup truck April 2023. I purchased the hubs online and were delivered within 2 to 3 days. The parts installed easy with no problems. August 2024 one of the hubs started grinding when I turned sharp. So, I call up Detroit Axle to make a warranty claim. They stated ok but will need to pay the shipping cost. The shipping cost was $110.00. Now if I buy a new hub it would cost $135.00 with free shipping. Not a very good warranty.

This company has THE most godawful customer service. Will play games, lie, cheat, steal, or whatever they have to do to make an extra buck. You don't matter to them, their word means nothing, they will do you wrong and make you insane as you try to recoup your losses. Just pay a few extra bucks and work with professional companies and sellers. Messing with Detroit Axle is like playing russian roulette with your transportation and finances. You might be fine and you might not. Either way these lying thieves don't care.

worse company I 've had the privilege of dealing with! This company engages in fraudulent business practices> i orderd online at Detroit Axle and recieved my rotors. When i contacted them regarding an incorrect part they told me I purchase them thru a fraudulent employee acct. They refused to exchange them. BBB of Michigan has them rated as a 1 on a scale of 5 I filed a formal complaint with the Michigan State Attorneys Office Save your self the aggrivation

I have ordered parts from here before and this time the incorrect part was purchased and when i noticed it immediately after ordering i tried to contact was told to call back two hours later and i spoke with a Rep who said the issue would be resolve. The incorrect part was still shipped. Now i have a part i cannot use no one has still contacted me about returning the product. It's just a hassle will try to sell it on ebay. great parts horrible customer service.
Placed my order on July 29th, received an email on July 30th that my parts had shipped an the ETA was 8/1. I received one package on 8/5 and there was 2 packages shipped in total. The second package, I only got the tracking after I called asking them where the rest of my parts were for a kit that I had ordered. I ordered some struts and some toe rods for my Toyota Highlander because I could not find them anywhere not even Toyota had them Detroit Axle stated that they had them so I ordered them for $191 on July 31st 2024 it is now August 13th 2024 and I still have not seen an email saying that they have been shipped they still say processing on their website and they claim they have the fastest free shipping no they don't I will be requesting a full refund and I will just order some not OEM parts off of Amazon do not use these peopl... read more

Ordered a drive shaft on Tuesday and when fedex said they still didn’t have it on Saturday I called. I was told we have bad news, that part is out of stock. Now I need the money they were all to happy to take right away, but I have to wait a couple of days to get a refund?! Why wasn’t I notified by email when they realized they didn’t have the part?
