Will not be ordering from here again, a return policy is a terrible idea 30 days to return a part for a credit or refund is terrible design. Should be able to return as long as the part is not used, and also if anything charge a restocking fee. Crooks, I will NEVER purchase from them again. Buyer BEWARE, they will send you the WRONG parts, you will return said wrong parts and they will not fully refund you.

If I could leave a NO star review I would have. I will NEVER purchase another product from this company ever again. Buyer BEWARE, I purchased multiple items including rear brake rotors, Detroit Axle sent me the WRONG rotors, I returned them and only received 50% of my refund. I will pay extra next time from a legit business.

I will never,EVER, order anything from them. They sent me the wrong parts and 2 months later I'm still trying to get a refund. I didn't order the wrong parts, they sent the wrong parts. Customer service is little more than useless. I'd fly to China and buy the cheapest most poorly made part before I order another part from Detroit Axle

I ordered parts for a 2004 Suburu Detroit Axle sent me parts for a Chevy of some sort. Oviously did not fit. They told me they would send a shipping label to me. They never did, now after many phone calls and excuses they say it is past 30 days so no refund at all! Sounds like the attorney Genenal is getting a call and then legal representation. they put me off until after 30 days to use this excuse, common thieves at this point.

I purchased a rack and pinion and I was told I would get it in 3 days and it took almost 2 weeks to get it , it looks like it was sent through the Pony Express, I had a vacation scheduled and I had to cancel. NEVER AGAIN

That company is a joke when it comes to getting parts they will give you a story about a warehouse when you don't get all your parts I own a repair shop and have a customer vehicle apart waiting for them I told them to just refund me on the axle that haven't even left their facility and they're giving me a story that I'll have to wait until I get them to send them back.
