Horrible experience. I ordered parts that would be shipped and received within 2 days. I received the first box the next day and was very impressed. I never received the other box until a week later, despite my multiple calls to the company only to be told every time that I would have an update within 24 hours which did not happen. 2015 f150XL great Brake kit ABSOULITY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIVE , Rear rotors were incorrect. after 2 live chats and 3 phone calls in which 2 of them i got Hung up on and you can not understand the person on the phone for all the background noise about Dinner or something !!!!!!!!!! I have to try again in a week as the rear rotors are out of stock. And see if they are back in stock. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!. As I said parts quality GREAT.. 😡 don’t even waste your time ordering from them just go to car parts.com Detroit axle always fucking up.. how does the same order come late 2 different times. Then switched tracking numbers without telling me what was supposed to be 2day shipping from Michigan to Ohio turned into about a week and half… I could have literally ordered from somewhere else if you’re not going to keep word on deliver dates twice? Like come on

This company may have quakily products BUT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I send 8 emails & 4 online communication regarding return, I provide all required information for them to search BUT NO RESPONSE. Very dissatisfied with their CUSTOMER SERVICE, horrible service by ignoring a customer. I will have to give my business to other companies and will advise my friends not to deal with this company.
Your service sucks. The first time I ordered off this site, the item took forever to arrive. Now again, it has been 3 weeks since I ordered a steering rack and Fedex is saying that supplier has not made the shipment. My customer is mad at me because I am not able to fulfill my promise and I am due to go on vacation in ten days. I am utterly disgusted. You guys do not even deserve a single star.......... Never again!!!! Never again!!!
I ordered my parts was showed an estimated delivery date on 9th of April and have called multiple times with promises of partial refund for the delays was told this was unacceptable and still no partial refund or date of when I will receive my parts ... Was told today it will ship out and should move with in 24 hours at this point I'm soo discouraged in this company
this company is not a bad one but there shipping promise for 2 days is bunch of crap i ordered monday package is still not here it is now saturday wow thank you at least if i didn't have the car on jacks waitiing on your axle
Purchased a rack and pinon from Detroit axle. It was leaking immediately upon installation. Called customer service rep. stated the issue we are having with the part. Customer service rep stated its prob. just a seal that needs to be changed (I did not purchase a new part to have to change seals). They stated I could get a new part shipped for $150 and would receive my deposit back once I returned the defective part.
