I ordered a set of pads and rotors, the wrong parts have been sent to me twice and I still do not have the correct parts and the correct parts are not on their way. I have had 5 phone conversations and countless text messages and emails with customer support with no resolve. I requested contact information for their CEO so that I can make him aware of how I have been treated by Detroit Axle but no response on that either. Messed up my order for complete shocks. Items didn't ship same day,contacted them all they say is sorry. And then they confused my order with someone else telling me I was refunded. Come find out package still made it here only to find out it was missing the rear shocks. Logistical nightmare.

1/10/24 I purchased an 8pc suspension kit through Amazon and had them installed, But something was wrong. Car sat higher than it should and rode like a buck board. Parts appeared to be the correct, but didn't work properly. After we had your suspension removed and after we reinstalled our original suspension the ride and ride height returned to normal. Truly unprofessional. Sent emails verifying my item was shipped and waited and waited. No delivery, so I contact them, my item was never ordered. They avoided my questions and did not satisfy this consumer with we are sorry.. Have a nice day

I called on February 19 to place on order for front pads and rotors, I received front and rear brake pads. I called on February 21 to say I received rear brake pads instead of my front rotors. I was on the phone for 26 minutes (initially the rep said that there were 2 size rotors for my 2003 lexus es300 after going back and forth he finally agreed that there was only one size available for my car) He would not allow my to buy the rotors until I ship the rear brake pads that were sent to me. I ordered a part for my car on 2/15 and I would get by 2/20. When I checked tracking information it is still stuck at federal express. I need the part to get here by weekend. I called, emailed and called again and still nothing. Not fast shipping at all. Customer not good either. No results.

I paid my money for a 2 day shipping service, it didnt happen so i tried to get it back they gave me next time i purchase i would get a discount . I don't want a fuckin discount I want what I paid for if it wasn't served so I don't pay for it I pay for what I want and not a fuckin discount like it or not it's only right

absolutely horrible. bought a front end rebuild kit for an 03 denali. bad cv axles bad inner outer tie tod ends. was a hassle to get proper cv axles last time 3 weeks my truck was down now I gotta pay to get my new junk parts absolutely ridiculous

Order rotors/pads together cr-v...Rotors arrive but no pads...WHY..package together...Pads arrive few days later...Rotors/Pads don't fit my cr v...return not accept...use local parts store...never again
