Horrible warranty. I shouldn't have to pay $32 shipping for something that was faulty. Already had to pay for a part/mechanic twice. Will never shop here again. Carparts.com it is!

I never had to pay return shipping for a failed part from any other company but Detroit axle. When you're part goes bad u have to pay for shipping to send it back too them. I highly recommend that you don't purchase anything from Detroit axle
Never order anything from Detroit axle!!!!! When u buy from Detroit axle u get a good warranty. But when that part becomes defective in the warranty period. Did u know that you have to pay to ship the warranty part back.?!!!!! I bought a caliper it went bad in less than 5 months. I paid 73.00 for the part and I had to pay them 35.00 to ship the pad part back to them. I will never buy from Detroit axle ever again
This is a negative review due to my experience of ordering accidentally ordering the wrong rotors and brakes for my Ford F150. I placed an order for brakes and rotors on Oct 17th of 2023 on Amazon. Between 10 and 15 minutes later, I realized I ordered the rotors for a truck with a manual parking brake instead of the electric parking brake. The products you sell are not what you used to sell. We had to return one defective. You replaced it. New one was defective put in. Makes clicking noise will not buy from you again
Worst ever
Worst service I’ve ever had. Bought a whole front end rebuild kit for my ranger and one of the shocks was wrong and won’t have the control arms was wrong and even had rust on some parts. Customer service was terrible wouldn’t send me a replacement until I sent them back the parts and said it would cost me $119 for shipping. Worst company ever, do not use them, ever!
Ordered a 4 piece front axle/ wheel hub kit for a 4x4 without ABS directly off the Detroit axle site.. received order yesterday with the box mangled from shipping , go to inspect parts for damage and notice they shipped hubs for a 2 wheel drive with ABS. I call today to get the proper parts and am told to ship back to them with a provided shipping slip but I was going to be charged for shipping the proper parts back to me.
