I don't even give you any stars your employees messed up my order sent the wrong part expecting me to pay for the return. Told me the right part would be shipped as soon as the had confirmed FedEx had the return. They lied I called on the 2nd of January the Arab lied and told me the correct part was on the way. I had 1 rack and pinion last 3 months and the second one almost made it a year before spewing fluid from the same spot. Since their customer service declined my refund request, even though it has a lifetime warranty, I started checking them out. To my astonishment they have an "F" rating with the BBB and terrible reviews elsewhere. So I have taken it upon myself to make sure they spend well over $1000.00 in damage control and loss sales. BE WARNED! Detroit axle Warranty isnt a warranty at all. I had to struts fail in about a year and they want $135 shipping to replace the faulty struts that they sold me. I almost could buy 2 new ones with free shipping.

2012 ford Flex. Purchased front struts, had them installed, and they squeaked like listening to my neighbors bedsprings. contatced customer service and they sent me two new struts and I had to pay shipping. Ok with that. Had them installed yesterday and they are 75% better but still get the occasional sqeaking from one side. Done with Detroit axle for any parts. The cost to have them installed isn't worth the hassle. You get what you pay for!
Order the product was so excited about the whole new set of pads and rotors.. The rotors had a crack and ask to replace it. The customer service was good at this point. They said we will ship you a new set but that's when it all went wrong i was given a confirmation number but the item was never shipped called and called seems that no one new anything. This is my second review. Doubt it'll make it to their site. Purchased a full front end steering kit for my 02 S10 2wd. Had a tie rod end, with a zerk fitting, new out of the box, not take grease. Tried calling many times, emailed a few times. No answer or reply. UNTIL three months later!
