I tried to give this company a chance, I should have taken heed with the bad reviews. This company sucks to the highest level. They lie about your order, they lie about opening claims with FEDEX. At this point, I'm not even sure this is a real company o just a piece of shit side hustle. Make sure you listen to this and don't order, just pay more and get your parts delivered. They stole my money!!!!!!!

Ordering parts and shipping wasn't bad . But when parts need warranted out the company failed. We're a shop and I use to recommend them but after several customers of mine said the warranty from the company on failed parts sucks we quit using them and quit recommending them.
Not a good experience. Returns and issues are not treated very well. Kept the part I had issues with just because it’s such a hassle. Probably wouldn’t use again.
They didn't even do a fair deal. I had a part that in 3 days go bad that they wanted a professional (mechanics) opinions that they didn't even cover would never deal with them again
My order was incomplete. Contacted s a sales rep. but my order was never fixed. Received my order incomplete as they way it was advertised. My issue was never fixed. Totally dissapointed.
The reason I gave Detroit axle a 1star is because two reasons: first of all you will set on hold waiting to talk to customer support for 45 min to an hour plus before you get someone. That's if you don't sit on hold for a while and then it rings and you get disconnected to have to call back and play the waiting game again. Product is junk then when it's replace the shipping is passed on to the customer.. Very bad experience
I ordered front Pad and Rotor Kit and rear Rotors; no rear pad was available. I only received the rear rotors. I did not receive any communication that they were unable to supply the front kit, When I called, I was on hold for 20 minutes before anyone connected. Even though the Kit was still showing available customer service offered no apologies or suggestions to remedy the issue. Went to a competitor and had great Customer Service. I will not be shopping here anytime soon.
