I placed a parts order with Detroit Axle on Sept. 22, 2023, the total cost of the parts ordered was $542.01. I received my order on Sept. 25, 2023. I turned the parts over to my mechanic on Sept. 26th. A day or so later my mechanic informed me that the CV axles and the upper control arms were not the correct parts for my truck. Sent Wrong parts Had problems with return
I ordered an upper control arm for a 2 wheel drive, i received one for 4 wheel drive. I attempted to contact you, during the time your governor had everything shut down up there, to return it, Could not contact anyone, so i have kept the part, maybe some day i will buy a vehicle it will fit, but i wont be ordering anything else from you. Thank your for your time.
ordered control arms, brake rotors, pads, calipers and swaybar links. package came with all internal boxes broke open from banging around in main box. front and rear brake pad tin shims all bent up, brake calipers with broken off bleeders. Not a problem.. can deal with that. They picture parts fitted with zerks and then send what they want claiming the parts are the same. Do not believe what they show.
terrible waste of time and money they sent me the wrong outer tie rod ends. I put in a 2012 chrysler 300. the upper control arms were the right ones... but somehow either they managed to put 2005-201 products on the exact same page.. menaing a lot of people propably got old parts.. now wtf am i supposed to do? send lead weights that costed $30 back to these fucking morons who cannot mananage a fucking basic website!!!!
I purchased a replacement transmission from Detroit Axle for $1,350.00 with a three-year warranty. This warranty is not prorated for time or mileage. The warranty is still advertised on their website. I was easy on the replacement transmission for the first 1,000 miles. I then had the filter and transmission fluid completely replaced. had a problem with the axle hubs a bought sent a message on response. had to go buy the right parts from parts store double the price i paid now im out the money i paid for the set from you guys plus the other ones will not buy parts from here ever again
I will never use these cheap parts again. Bought a full front suspension kit for a 2007 Chevy 1500. Ball joint snapped 30 days later. Almost Killing me and my family
