Seeing the logs, when a customer calls, I can see the trail, who they spoke to, and how long.

I currently work for a company where we have to keep in touch with our clients frequently. Dialpad comes in handy when reaching out to these clients either via a phone call or a text. When making the VOIP, the call quality is pretty neat; you barely cut out. Of course, your connection will matter for this. On the other hand, it's pretty user-friendly.
