How easy it is to use, the transcription while talking- no need to keep typing notes, or go back and listen to recordings. Text enabled number included, add notes and contact information right to the dialpad- no need to bounce back and fourth with a crm and dailpad

Dialpad is not only very easy to use, but it also works really well. I've used softphone systems that are constantly crashing or have apps that aren't very functional. With Dialpad I've yet to have an issue. I work in HR for my organization and I mostly use the phone as a recruiter; calling candidates, conducting interviews, and communicating with our vendors. What I like best about Dialpad Talk is that I can easily forward calls to my cell to stay connected while I'm on the road.

works well, call quality has never been an issue. was on teams before which was fine but would have odd issues. love that i can text clients from phone or computer. Ive never had a service outage with dialpad yet

It records my calls, its a one-click dial, I never run into any connectivity issues.

Dialpad is easy to use. The upsides of using Dialpad is the functionality of the app.
