No Complaints Pros: I liked how everything came easily to my personal phone and that it was all integrated into a user-friendly app. Cons: Honestly, no complaints. The software worked well and I got everything that I needed out of it. More features and integrates are always nice. Overall: Overall, it worked great for me and the team. No frequent glitches or issues. I prefer it to having a second work phone.
Best Business Phone System Pros: Affordable price for small businesses with great user interface. Apps are available for all platforms. You can use it from your computer or on the go on your phone. Lets you create voice greeting and setup extension for your staffs. Easy to setup the apps. Cons: Doesn't have the capability to pause call recording during a call. Notifications doesn't work well on iPhone apps. Overall: This is a great platform if you looking for your small business phone system.
Great solution for joining phone calls Pros: Dialpad has enabled teams across the entire organization to connect easily without moving by making phone calls from anywhere. Cons: Dialpad has a lot of features which I don't use since I am not familiar to them as they're hectic to configure Overall: Overall, it has been super easy to call teams and clients from other countries where i do not have their contacts.
Don't recommend Pros: It seemed fairly easy to implement and probably good for very small companies looking for a simple call app. Cons: Not very robust and offers very limited features. It is crazy how caller id and common features are not included. Overall: I prefer to never use it again. Just simply didn't add to my workflow.
Dialpad review Pros: I like that it can stay on my work computer with my specific work phone number and be forwarded to my cellphone under that work number. Cons: I cannot quite figure out how to add a second caller to a call. Overall: Great!
Reliable Pros: Our team finds the chat function especially useful, as well as the ability to add callers to each existing call quickly and easily. Also the transcribe feature is very helpful. Cons: Sometimes there is a lag that causes a delay in my words to be heard on the other end so conversations can be difficult, but it doesn't happen all the time. Dialpad is a great office assistant Pros: Dialpad helps us to always be in a position to live answer every call. The way we can have calls be routed to multiple people is a huge asset. If one of us is busy someone else in the office can answer the call. Another item we enjoy about the app is there are multiple features that will allow you to customize the app to your needs. Dial Pad Saves The Day! Pros: The pivot from working in an office to remotely would have been a challenge without Dial Pad. As a recruiter, this is necessity for productivity. Dial Pad saves the day! Cons: At times ( not often) the sound quality can be less than desirable. Overall: I really love this resource
Using Dialpad Pros: I like to the online features that allow you to communicate with customers by text or voice. I also like that you can also create a contact list, turn on do not disturb or block calls. Cons: There are not many things that I dislike about dialpad. You may run into some network or connection issues but that is based on your network connection or the weather sometimes but I have had many issues with this.
