One simple, single app for all my business communications.
We use Dialpad at my job, and I love it. It's very convenient & beneficial when communicating with clients or vendors. My favorite feature is the "Transcript" of your phone calls. You can go back and look at your call summary, which provides a word-for-word transcript of your conversation. If I forget something important that my client requested--I can always go back and read my convo. It gives me "validation" that I provided adequate info to my customers. You could also send text msgs!! 😃

Everything works great, the user interface leaves a bit to be desired though. It's difficult to do certain tasks and some things cannot be done on mobile such as blocking contacts.

I have used a lot of applications for making outbound cold calls and this has been the best. The biggest challenge is my numbers coming up as a different company, but that is the same with any provider. Their support is pretty solid too! Good job DialPad!!
Inexpensive, and it works!
The best application for voip I have ever seen and used in my entire MS-DOS Windows 3.1 era life!!!!! Keep updating and this is and will stay a gem. (Sr. Software Developer @Google)
