Much more feature rich compared to it's competitors like Ooma Office Pros: I love this software for it's many features like a dedicated desktop program, fully featured mobile app. Sleek interface, and most importantly HIGH CALL QUALITY. Great system, easy to use. Very affordable Pros: This is one of the more simple and easy to deploy phone systems on the market. When you are in a fast growing startup, these characteristics are crucial. Cons: The multi line dialer was not up to par with what Ive seen on some other systems. Overall: It worked when we were at a smaller scale very well. Once we became more advanced, we needed to get a more advanced system.
Great software but not the best CS Pros: It is very easy to use and if you have good internet connection you can hear clearly and there is no delay. You can export all the data you need, but you have to treat it in Excel. Cons: Would be nice to have better reporting features. Overall: The overall experience is not that good, but not because of the software but because of the CS and Accounts Receivable team. Great software Pros: We use Dialpad daily for all of our phone calls, and we hardly ever have any issues! Cons: No issues at this time with this software.
Contact and call management system Pros: Dialpad is a contact and call management system. You have all the customers information like call history management. Cons: it's sometime difficult to establish the calls. Overall: I am still using it to make and track calls, so it'sokay for me.

Great dialling solution for your sales/customer service team! Pros: The tool enables us to better connect with the prospects we are having a conversation with, and the nudges presented to us while having the conversation help us drive the conversation in a better direction. I love Dialpad! Pros: It's easy to use, I can see all the call records and text on one screen. This is also integrated to Salesforce for us to make calls from Salesforce. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. Cons: Cannot think of anything I don't like about this product
