I like the ease of use of dial pad and how I can see the most recent people I have texted which makes it super easy to continue texting the multiple people I keep in contact with each day.
I love that Dialpad works from my desk phone, laptop or cell phone, providing many options for remote work. My team has been able to seamlessly transition to working remotely over that last year.
Text feature, I send my prospects graphs and information to get a call back scheduled. You can download the app on your phone. This is great in case you need to send a quick message from your work number. Voicemail function is not my favorite, it could use some improvement there. Dialpad also sometimes fails to integrate with Sales Force for some calls. Depending on the CRM you use this may or may not be the best fit for your companies needs. Overall Dialpad is easy to use. The desktop application allows you to receive calls directly on your computer or phone. There is limited functionality with the desktop application, but you can still go to the web application to complete any functionality not allowed on the desktop app. Inside the phone app, you have the ability to record calls or transcribe calls.
