I like the ability to take phone calls from my cell phone and desktop. The app makes it so easy to work from the app itself.

How easy it is to install, billing is easy, and setup is convenient. I also like the text and recording features that are extremely helpful to tackle many tasks. Sometimes a quick text is much easier than a phone call. Recording the calls allows me to go back and make sure I did not miss any critical details.

Dialpad was easy to setup for both the administrators and the users. Having the ability for the users to switch seamlessly between using the mobile app or the desktop app is great.

I like that it show's when you're online and that DND mode when you want to take a break. Transcription, when someone leaves you a voice mail, is really good and sometimes you don't even need to listen to it you can just read it, it saves time
