I think the price for the features is a great deal when compared to traditional VoIP systems. It also integrates well with other systems. We are in multi-family housing company. I love the fact that we can launch a new line very fast. It is also very easy for user to understand without any training.

My favorite thing about Dialpad is how simple it is to use and how many features it has. With Dialpad, you can call, text, and even video chat with your clients. Everything is also recorded, so you can always go back and look at your call/text records. It is also effortless to transfer calls to other phone numbers in different departments. I like the ability to use both the mobile app and desktop versions interchangeably. There are times I'm on the road and others that I am at my desk. Being able to make calls through my desktop is a great feature when I'm making calls from numbers within my CRM system. No copy and paste needed or dialed wrong numbers.

This app makes communications with contractors super easy! I can even save contact names, which makes it easier to find. This app is amazing. I would recommend it over SENSE. Keeps all my communication super organized as well. I also love that it has a caller ID and gives me a warning notification before receiving a call. For someone with anxiety, it's a nice heads up on who you are about to receive a call from.

Dialpad is the best application you can use in a workplace to place, transfer, merge calls. It also helps with completing day to day task in all of our departments

Clear Audio and the interface is user friendly The eally helpful Quick Start Guide The chat feature is amazing because it helps us keep all of our communication in one place and not in several apps like we are used to. We still use Microsoft Teams, but this new app will probably be used a lot more that MS Teams.
