Great functionality and Price point for a small business Pros: A number available for voice and texting Cons: Needs to improve handoff reliability between devices Overall: I've had it for so long, I can't remember how long. That means it's constantly used and part of my toolbox.
Great product for both small and large entities Pros: Easy of use compared to other similar applications weve used in the past Cons: No issues as of yet. I have had an issue with switching from my mobile back and forth but issue was resolved due to an extra Poly headset download that was causing the problem. Overall: Quick and easy, minimal training needed to bring team into the fold on using the system

Best app for doing business on -the-go Pros: 3 way calling, transferring of calls, and getting scripted messages while away from the office allows me to be out and about doing business without missing out on business. Cons: The systems seems to have frequent glitches. Overall: Overall, my experience is an 8/10
Best VoIP product I have used Pros: Easy Calling, texting and AI functionality Cons: I wish they had an Integration to Greenhouse (recruiting software/ATS), so I could make calls directly from Greenhouse to candidates that I am interviewing. Overall: I need a phone that allows me to not only make calls for free in Canada/ US, but I prefer a phone that allows me to call from my laptop, so I don't have to hold a handheld device. I also use the Texting feature quite a bit.
Why do we use Dialpad Pros: Excellent Product ! Very easy to use! We have employees and customers in different states and Dialpad makes it easier to operate on daily bases. You may call , text ,conference call and transfer or receive phone calls on your mobile devise. Cons: occasionally quality of sound could be bad Overall: makes it easy to communicate with employees and clients regardless their locations.
Great platform for an inbound/outbound call center. Pros: The convenience of the set up and implementation. Cons: Can't think of any at this time. Everything about the software has been above my expectations. Overall: As a newly launched small business, Dialpad has enabled me to provided 24 hour, excellent service to my clients.
Calling Clients Pros: Love being flexible with our team and allowing them to use their own devices with a virtual number that Dialpad offers. Having additional features like recording calls is nice too. The direct integration with Hubspot is a win. Cons: The redirect thing can kind of be clunky at times. There have been times where I wasn't sure if my call was going to go through once I dialed, it can just take time. Same thing when answering the phone. I had the same kind of issue with my previous tool too.
Call Me Pros: Easy to use and setup, interface is great and not clustered. The file transfer is amazing. A great software for existing copper line customers to convert to voip Cons: There was no issue with this software, everything was amazing and a breeze to use. Overall: My experience has been great, and those that have been using the software through me has never complained a single time.
