Great Interface - Meetings could work better Pros: The softphone works great and has tons of features Cons: The conferencing is buggy and does not integrate well with Outlook.
Good video conferencing features Pros: Dialpad offers a highly qualified infrastructure for video conferencing for our business meetings in company. Cons: As per my experience with Dialpad so far I can say that it has no negative aspects that worth to mention here. Overall: Diapad is a highly qualified infrastructure for video conferencing.
It is not perfect but it is a great tool for doing long distance telephone call Pros: You can contact clients regardless of where they are even if they do not have an internet connection since it acts as a telephone call and not an internet call Cons: The connection sometimes is very bad and there is so much latency and issues when I use wireless headphones. My wireless headphone works well on my other software. Also, there are some phone numbers that you are not able to send a message to which could be helpful since dial pa... read more
Small business and under 10 agent call center Pros: The scripting pop up reminders based on keywords is amazing. It is easy to set up, change, and add to. When the key word is said or texted the reminder will come right up reducing dead air and keeping the conversation flowing. Efficient Calling Tool Pros: Dial Pad offers you a wide variety of options from call recording to call tracking to call management thus making it a best call management software. Not to forget its Friendly User Interface. Cons: As of now didnt found any cons in using this software as a user except its lagging issues sometimes. Overall: Using it as a calling tool for off shore recruitment.
Nice to have a "number" to use that's not mine Pros: Easy to make calls Easy to take calls Easy to use text through the app Eternal log of calls made/received as well as VMs and texts Very easy to assign numbers to new users Cons: Website is a bit wonky, but in all fairness, I use the app far more, so maybe it's just my "non use" that makes it feel odd.
DialPad has been a great service for our business Pros: Love the mobile app and the ability to make and receive calls over cellular and WiFi. We've been using it for years and it's been rock solid. Cons: The only con is that they don't have a free version any longer. I tell anyone who asks about it and we love it but we were lucky enough to such an early adopter we got in on the "free for small businesses" deal way back when they first launched. Overall: Our experience has been excellent. We have really had nothing negative ... read more
Integrate with SF Pros: Dialpad in itself is pretty easy to use. Most of the features are similar to other phone services i have used Cons: It does not integrate with Sales force very well. we are having problems getting the two systems to communicate effectively
Good solid voip Pros: Ease of deployment, ease of use, the ability to transcribe calls automatically. Cons: Sometimes, but very occasionally voice quality is not the best. Overall: I am very happy with the system and it's ability to integrate with Cloze (my CRM)
