I enjoy the fact that I can download the app on my phone, so I will never miss a call when I'm away from my desk. In addition, the app helps show me who's on a call, which saves me from calling someone or saves me from making a trip of walking to someone's desk! The caller id feature is also helpful and if I need to make more than one call at once.

I love that I can take calls from my computer or my phone. I can separate my business and personal life via the Dial pad app. It is also super convenient to take calls from my computer.

I love the fact that I can manage a dialpad number for work and keep my personal cell separate. Functions like texting, voicemails and co-worker texting in app are great. There is even a voicemail translation service.

The ability to SMS from a mainline office number, as well as the individual user's phone numbers, is excellent. I like that the platform does realtime voice transcription on phone calls and it keeps the history of these transcriptions. I can look back at the text version of previous calls for any member of my team. I like that I'm able to have the app installed on my PC, Mac, and iPhone so that I can take a call from any device. It connects me with colleagues seamlessly. They have been adding more useful functionality recently, like share-screen. I particularly like that it transcribes voice messages and highlights phone numbers. It enables remote work and is available as app and on the web too.

I like Caller ID and the ability to instantly dial any number you might need in a given area. Also, the ability to record voice calls and download them

I like that I can use my apple MAC laptop, to send text messages and to make phone calls easily. Everything is right there for you to access. Adding the contacts is easy, especially being able to categorize them. I like how the calls are recorded and saved and how you are able to integrate Hubspot or other CRM programs to keep track of all the company's metrics. I am sure there are more features that I am not aware of either. I do like the Do Not Disturb feature and how you can change your status so others know you are away.... read more

The transcription option for phone calls. Also the ability to mark whether you are "in" or "out" of the office and why. I also like the chat features with other people in my office.

It is such a simple interface, effortless to use, and integrates with my sales platforms so seamlessly. I can go straight from a lead record in SFDC and click their phone number to call (AND TRACK THE CALL) via DialPad.
