The functionality of Dialpad makes it very intuitive to step into, and having a phone setup through my work computer is invaluable as most of our business is conducted remotely.

I really do enjoy the features and functionality of Dialpad. Some of my favorites are being able to personalize the user experience ie. the ability to your notes right in the dialer after a call, and you can even create a dropdown to categorize the call. I also enjoy that I can keep track of our analytics, voicemails, and call volume without the need to navigate a ton of complicated dashboards. Super easy to use. I like that it transcribes your entire conversation, and you can easily then search for keywords to find a point in time in the conversation and re-listen to that particular part.

I love the convenience of using it to both text and call. I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to use it on the computer or on my personal phone. This flexibility allows us to contact clients when we are in the community without divulging our personal information or having to carry more than one phone. Being able to have our personal phone work as our work phone has been a great benefit in my opinion. Dialpad has opened opportunities for our workers to be more flexible and able to be more efficient in our work.

Dialpad has excellent call qaulity and integrates with Clio better than other VOIP providers.

I've just recently started to use the app/program and have been able to pick up on all the features with no trouble. The clean and straightforward UI helped make the transition to incorporating this into my day to day, smooth.
