Francis Belmores was an excellent problem solver and was able to efficiently and calmly navigate our shopping list of unexpected complaints to find practical and acceptable solutions. He is an ace!
Bluetooth Connectivity is not there, that is a huge bummer for me enought to dock 2 stars would have given it a 5/5 otherwise
Great system misleading pricing. I was on the pro trial and I must say the system is excellent. Sadly I can't use it as what they don't make clear on the website is that you can only use the pro plan if you buy a minimum of 3 licenses. So for a single user it is not $35 a month, it is in fact $105 a month. This is terrible advertising and very misleading. They say just use the standard plan, but like all things app related the best stuff is in the pro plan.
Dialpad is an amazing Phone and Contact Center service. This is very Next Gen. The Ai is really amazing, gives me all kinds of really cool information about my calls. It's like having a superpower!
The app is easy to use and it has good connection on my calls and messages
