User-friendly and convenient to use Pros: The application is very easy to use and direct with the functionalities. On top of that, the quality of the call recordings produced by this system is clear and dependable. Cons: The option to automatically record a call when you dial out should be available. Overall: Overall, I highly recommend this app. Very dependable and super easy to use for day-to-day operations.

Dialpad a great alternative to legacy phone system for your business Pros: Dialpad has been easy to use and we have not had issues resulting in lost calls. You can load the program and make calls from any computer or mobile phone. Cons: The thing that I have to deal with from time to time is selecting the speaker. This is more of a user issue but it would nice to be able to better select the input I would like to use. Overall: Dialpad has been great for our small business. Pretty good, not spectacular Pros: It's easy to use and I can quickly turn on and off my Do Not Disturb status to send people directly to voicemail. Cons: I wish I could pop out different chats when texting people. When my Dialpad window is too small, emojis are difficult to select. It would be nice to be able to increase the size of the textbox when typing out a long message.
Consistently clear calls Pros: I've used Dialpad on a daily basis for almost two years and have consistently had clear inbound and outbound calls. Cons: The voice to text voicemail transcriptions are OK, but leave some room for improvement.
Great Tool! Pros: I love the call center feature that transfers calls to other team members if you miss the call. That way the client isn't waiting long to receive help. Cons: It can be a little buggy when using it with Salesforce as a plugin.
Would recommend Pros: I like the voice recording which is super clear, the conference option is seamless, integrations with emails and drive is a plus, sharing screen without being in a conference is super useful! Cons: Navigating between phone numbers is sometimes confusing on phone. Overall: No major problem with dialpad, could improve the connectivity a little bit.
Artificial feature limitations soured my experience with Dialpad Pros: Native app is easy to use, and easy integration with Google Contacts makes dialing a snap. All users can dial out VoiceIntelligence transcripts are useful and automatically generated. The accuracy is about 80%, usually good enough to easily tell what was being discussed even if some of the words are transcribed incorrectly. Cons: The port experience was a disaster. The easiest virtual phone out there Pros: The user interface is very friendly and straight forward - you can not do much wrong even if you are unsure what you are doing. Cons: The only issue with it , is the occasional glitches where it will show a missed call although one is in a different status than "available". Overall: I love it , because it's super easy to use compared to Avaya.
