Not Ideal for Our Business or Android Pros: Dialpad's web application made it fairly easy to set up the account, customize ringback tones, and view settings. Cons: I was constantly having issues on my Android and there was no way to "ask first" or transfer a call back to myself if my team member couldn't answer. Overall: It could be ideal for certain businesses or teams with all iPhone users, but for our small team it was not ideal.

Bags of Issues With Suprising Pricing Pros: Dialpad offers advanced features such as call transcription and analytics. It has an user friendly interface. Mobile app is also great to make it work remotely tho. Cons: One of the most significant drawbacks is its pricing structure. Its hard to understand the final price until made pay. Should have better reporting features. Also connectivity issues is so annoying. Customer service is absoluetly need improvement. Decent set of features but overpriced Pros: Configuration capabilities are there to set it up any way you want. Cons: Customer service is atrocious. I am days into cancellation process and they are still holding my account hostage. Overall: Bad customer service that holds your account hostage if you want to cancel.

DailPad- great call center management system Pros: Love the ease of use, reporting and C-STAT scoring. All around great system. Would recommend for any size call center. Large or small Cons: They have brought their reports a long way. Overall happy with the system.We have had several account manager shifts, so we have had to work through communication shifts. Overall: Happy with my experience with DialPad. Easy to implement and maintain.

Amazing all-in-one communication and collaboration platform Pros: I liked that Dialpad is an all-in-one communication and collaboration platform. It allows you to make and receive business calls, join video conferencing and chat with co-workers, all from the same interface. The integration of all these features makes it extremely convenient and easy to use. And the prices are very reasonable compared to other similar products on the market. Dialpad - modern communication Pros: In a product, I always look for its accessibility and I'm glad we have Dialpad. I can easily work on my computer station, use it in a browser or the software application, I also have it on my phone and that feature allows me to be more flexible and available to my company. I also love that we are able to receive data/analytics report from Dialpad on my email and we see who are our top agents and we also have an option to export data. Gets the job done Pros: The call recording helps greatly with customer service issues and training csr. Cons: It is a little expensive per seat and for all features.

Dialpad is a must have for virtual workers Pros: We use dialpad for our marketing team. They are all virtual and need a reliable service. Cons: The customer service can be iffy. They are able to solve simple issues but are harder to deal with on issues that need escalation. Overall: We have been using dialpad for 3+ years. We like the service.
