The convenience of answering the phone anywhere we bring our portable device. It is not like a fixed line phone where we can't bring the phone anywhere. This dialpad is revolutionaire and really helpful when we are working from home. Another benefits is we can also use dialpad on our mobile phone and the calls can be directed to our mobile. No more sitting at the desk waiting for the phone calls. Bye bye fixed line

I appreciate the easy access to a transcript, that is easy to review after speaking with a customer to pull information.

Dialpad is truly easy to navigate and calls come through smoothly on the app and desktop version. I would definitely recommend it to any call center company

One of the awesome things about dialpad is the transcript it keeps of phone conversations. It makes it very easy for me to look back on old conversations during a phone call with a customer.

Automatically can see the status of my microphone and speakers before I make a call. I can clearly see who is a group member when I make groups. Call history is very informative.
