First the issue - No Bluetooth headset connectivity anymore. This is a VERY BIG issue. I'm not able to be mobile while using the MOBILE app due to noise and having to basically have every call on speaker. Now the great thing - EVERYTHING ELSE. Syncs with the desktop app real time for calls and texting (which uses my same Bluetooth headsets seamlessly). Ability to switch devices, add contacts & edit contacts. Very good communication piece.

We switched 2 lines from Roger's. The PC app works very well. The cell phone app is overall problematic, I hope there are improvements coming. The app often doesn't ring for an incoming call. It doesn't import contacts well / sync with phone and Google contacts. It takes several seconds for the call to start, it's not immediate. Texting function is complicated, when you look up a contact to text, it doesn't pull up the history. The phone app in general is not user friendly.
