The Calling and Texting Features. What makes this app stand out is the ability to go back and find calls to listen to and send to peers.
Currently we are working from home due to covid restrictions, dialpad makes this easy.
It was incredibly easy to transition from my desk phone to Dialpad. I can rapidly swap from desktop calls to my phone, which makes managing both work-from-home and working at the office nice. I also have found struggles in the past with having two different calling platforms between phone and desktop -- Dialpad solves that for me!

I like the ease of use of the phone, everything is pretty straightforward on how to use it and seeing everything you need to see right when you open it.
The following are functions I like most about Dialpad: 1. Comprehensiveness: Dialpad offers comprehensive services including texting, calling and conference call. 2. Dialpad has made communication with our team members so much easier. Since we work remotely, staying in communication has been key in keeping our team working as a unit. I enjoy using Dialpad for its ease of use. I am glad to have all my work contacts in one place. It unclutters my phone yet keeps all business contacts organized.
