Great option for VOIP, sometimes unreliable. Pros: Easy to use with a desk phone and cellphone. Call routing easy to change and update. Many features for call routing during business hours and non business hours. Liked that I could set a different voicemail for different times of the day and for vacation or out of office time. Great solution for Call Routing Flexibility Pros: Lots of custom features for call routing during working hours and non working hours. Easy to set up and customize routing for desktop, desk phone, and cell phone. Liked that I had the option to add on lines if needed and customize hold music, etc. Cons: Issues with routing when calls would ring on some devices and not others. One of the best phone systems for small business Pros: It is easy to listen to call recordings, download and share them. it synchronizes smoothly with outlook Cons: It doesn't work over VPN. It also has a limit on the number of attendees for free conference calls, but I never had an issue with that Overall: It used to help a lot with monitoring calls and giving feedback
Business use Pros: Telephony. It automatically to go answer mode. If you in business and your job is just to answer 100 calls. You don't need to keep pressing answer on software. You have the option to go on manual mode or auto mode. Cons: Everything good about this product except if you forgot to change from auto to manual. And then you go to a break. Calls will be keep answered by auto mode. Overall: Pretty good experience with this product. Will recommend for business use.
Very easy to use for calling! Pros: It's very easy to use and it integrates well with Hubspot. It also allows me to send sms and even be on a call conference like zoom does :) Cons: The only problem I have is that it has a delay notification on my mobile phone. It rings an hour later I missed the call from my computer. So I thought it was a live call, but when I try to answer, it's not. It has great call routing features, a simple user interface and a handy mobile app to ensure you never miss a beat. Great Call Centre Software! Pros: What I really like about DialPad is that it transcribes phone calls and voicemails. It picks up the right words and it has become easier for us to quickly scan the recording instead of listening to it. Cons: What I don't like about the software is when you hear a recording, you can't fast forward on the initial recordings tab. Mostly easy to use Pros: I like that it is very easy to integrate Dialpad into the CRM that I use. I also like that Dialpad automatically transcribes the call before the call ends. Cons: I do not like that Dialpad slows my computer down and I would say that the specs on my computer is very good. Also, Dialpad constantly has connectivity issues even when there is nothing wrong with the internet.
