Dialpad is very helpful for the right application Pros: Great for call recording, logging, and voicemail. Also the ability to set work hours helps for staff to better manage aspects work life balance. Cons: Lack of reminders to return status from unavailable to available after either meetings or extended vacation. It would be great to set a window like one does with an out-of-office reply.
Dialpad is Almost a Perfect Tool to use for Calls Pros: The ability to text clients. A lot of the clients I have are homeless, or hard to reach so texting is an amazing feature. Cons: I wish it was easier to search text messages. When I search names in Dialpad I end up accidentally calling the clients.
Great VoIP product Pros: Dailpad is very user friendly and it integrates seamlessly with my Hubspot CRM and Google Calendar. The voice intelligence feature makes my job easier by capturing important action items I might have missed. I recommend this product to all recruiters and inside sales. Cons: I wish you had the ability to organize your contacts in lists.
Phone you can use on your computer like your cell! Pros: I love that I can text and receive and make calls as if it were a regular phone. Stakeholders see it as a regular phone. The features allow for auto return messages, call forwarding to voicemail, all the features that you love on your cell! Cons: I have not found anything that I do not like , thus far. Overall: My overall experience has been a very good one.

Great Product and easy to use Pros: East of use and the interface is excellent and pretty intuitive overall. Works well with pulling customer data in from salesforce lead management system. Cons: Sometimes the system hangs and doesn't complete outgoing calls and the call is abandoned, this gets fixed with a computer restart, honestly might not be a software issue. Overall: Very good, recently discovered the ability to screenshare and present to people we call, which is helpful in our industry.
Finally Calls are Faster Pros: I absolutely love Dial pad. I call over 100 cleints per day and it is so easy and fast to use. The way it records all my calls and also transcripts all my calls. If I need to go back to review the call I can do that in seconds. Cons: Sometimes the transcripts are not legible but I can tell what was meant to say Overall: All I can say I have a wonderful time using Dial Pad. Would trade it for anything
