UX doesn't feel too streamlined but not too lazy. biggest issue is that notifications still come in to the phone even with system level DND turned on. there is an in-app dnd setting. however it needs to be manually switched on Everytime and cant be set to office hours.

great product. only problem is calls often drop out after about 10 minutes. also, the transcription software is not up to date with recent technology. everything else is awesome.
best app for the call, as I'm a dispatcher and it helps me a lot to perform a daily basis task.
Excellent service
Overall, good app. Just wanted to give four stars because the UI in the latest update is a big step back. Hopefully we can get a bit more colour added back in to make quick navigation more intuitive.
