I like how easy it is to make calls from another number apart from your personal number to communicate with clients and customers, while also protecting your privacy. Moreover, I like how the application stores your entire call history, making it easy to access the previous calls that you might have missed. Also, I loved Dialpad is linked on both my laptop and my mobile phone (makes it easier to not miss any calls).
Dialpad is extremely easy to use from anywhere. I love that it connects calls to my cell phone and I appreciate the staff directory within the Dialpad app so I can easily find and call or refer colleagues. Especially in these work-from-anywhere times, I am glad to have a corporate phone system that does not rely on a physical desktop device. The voicemail to text feature is also helpful.
I like how it changes your number to match whoever your calling so it makes things easier.

I use DialPad daily. The app is stable, and the sound quality is excellent. Their customer support is solid.

I love the amount of features you get for the price you pay, I have my office phone system in my pocket. I can dial from what every department I need to as the Technical Resource Manager I can easily pick up on a conversation from our techs to our dispatch or vice versa
The ability to call or text, transfer, place calls on hold, three way, and the new feature of being able to video call provides a great means to communicate with both clients and teammates alike! Plus any time you reach out to dialpad support, they are always kind, quick to respond, and follow up without concern.
The apps are faritly intiutive to use. I like the call forwarding feature as well.
