Love this product, great integration with phone. Pros: I like that I can use the app on my phone. Cons: It is sometimes touchy when connecting blue-tooth headphones. Overall: It has been very good. Would recommend.

A great tool Pros: We use this tool primarily for in office communication although our customers are encouraged to use it as well. It is quickest way to get the info needed to support a customer in an emergency. Cons: We really do not have any negative feelings about this product. It has replaced one of our other tools and is the primary means of communicating with each other. Overall: It allows the forwarding of all information necessary to solve a customer's dire situation in a most expeditious manner.
Loving this service Pros: I love the feature that allows us to save the students name to their number so we can quickly identify who is returning our calls. Cons: That we are unable to use the texting feature in some departments since administration is unable to review and monitor text message exchanges
Essential for employees on the go Pros: Ease of use, ability to use on multiple devices. You can literally login to dialpad on any pc and be able to make your calls or texts. Cons: Connectivity is good, but can be improved.

Dialpad review Pros: Dialpad is easy to use, easy to train new team members to use and the service is reliable. We have worked with 10+ companies over the years and we are really big fans of dialpad. Cons: The only negative that I can say about dialpad is their process for removing licenses is not easy. We were charged for many licenses that were not being used.
