Works well, with the caviot that blue tooth device switching is buggy, but this is buggy in all apps in a work profile. I love dialpad and their app is top notch.
love it can have multiple numbers on one phone and know what line they are calling work great. just wish they had a better queue system that would hold people for minutes with hold music till I pick up max is like 45 seconds.
Ive been using dial pad for over a yr for my business and it has not let me down would recommend, easy to use!

Excellent virtual phone system! We have been using dialpad for years. It's an excellent, reliable phone system that works for everyone. Our team is located all over the US and the ease of implementing this system was simple. We require a solid phone system for our daily marketing efforts. I highly recommend Dialpad. An update to my last review- I have been using this app for about 2 years. It's a great phone app. Easy to use and allows me to take and make business calls from anywhere.
The app itself is good. Definitely has had alot of updates and upgrades from 2 years ago til now. Makes it easier to be on the go and always be accessible. Customer service is always there if there's there's issues and they are pretty fast to fix any issues!
Dialpad is extremely easy to use and connects right to your phone without mixing with your personal calls. The monthly fee is low and the service is always amazing👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
