Easy to use Pros: I have been using it and never really had a major problem and if I get a minor issue they are very quick to resolve it. Cons: I can't complain because it has the feature that allows user to put themselves on [ DO NOT DISTURB ] Overall: It is very easy to use and navigate around it. I never really had to read or immerge myself to train and get use to the program. You can link your personal phone and still receive and make an outgoing call without having to use your personal number.
Great Service! Pros: I love that Dialpad gives me the ability to make calls via my computer and personal cell phone without giving out my personal number. Just a really great tool for a remote worker who doesn't have a typical office setup Cons: No issues. I love it! Dialpad is a great service.
Dialpad is great and easly to use have awesome features! most have for company. Pros: It is very easy to use and it has many cool features Cons: I wish the dial pad extend call box for when you put the main screen down would minimize too Overall: So good, I love it would recommend it and definitely enjoy using it daily
First Time User Pros: I like the fact that it records and you can go back to review. It does take time to learn the system. Cons: When you listen or read the voice mail that was left or that you left lot's of mistaken words. I'm sure that this will get better over time.
Dialpad is a perfect solution for any business Pros: What we like most about this product is that it is intuitive and versatile. We ported out two business numbers, and we also received each our own cell number which is great to use for business. We can use it on the road, at the office and while traveling, so its perfect, we never miss a call. Dialpad functions are awesome! Pros: Ease of use and the integrated functions or text and picture messaging. Cons: Sometimes the call quality isnt great but a quick reset or update generally fixes it and Dialpad is always improving! Overall: Awesome! Tried to switch and the other provider has been around much longer but doesn't have near the technology and capabilities and reporting of Dialpad. NE Regional Team Pros: The voice mail storage, AI, and the ability to transcribe my conversations. Cons: While attempting to make calls I cannot drop the outbound call to pick up the incoming call so you lose both calls. Overall: Allows for the team to work remotely while having a virtual receptionist with my other team members.

Great product Pros: Outstanding ease-of-use between cell phone and computer transition. Cons: Mostly internal with our company as far as it communicating with our software to let us know that we called a candidate, but we can adjust that. Overall: It has been great, I think it is added value to my work experience and connected me with the office even away from work
