Great VoIP system! Pros: strong and flexible 3 way calling. I can add people and boot people as i please. Cons: pro version is only available with 3 or more users Overall: Great experience. Tried multiple other companies before finding them. Don't waste your time anywhere else
Best Communication Tool Pros: The ability to use it almost all over the world and can be used both in mobiles as well as in pc or laptops. Cons: I like everything about this software. So far i didn't dislike anything. Overall: My overall experience is very good. It has some awesome features.

I also like that you can have departments and track users stats. Helps with accountability Cons: I wish that when you were assigned as an assistant to someone you could see their texts. That really has been troublesome for us. best service for telemarketing Pros: this software is very easy to use and also allows the user to have access everywhere they are with their laptop or PC unlike other apps that can only be used in the office, so it was a great prek during the pandemic time with home office Cons: download and the process to run the software was very slow, but the contcat ceter replied very fast and helped us make the transition easy Overall: it's the best choice for home offce and works great with large teams
Admin Review Pros: Dialpad is very easy to deploy on new users and is easy for my users to pick up. Now with the entire company being WFH, the push to cellphone feature is very handy to ensure I don't miss any calls. Cons: Sometimes the phone numbers in my area codes are not available and I have to wait a few days for one in my area code to be available, but that isn't Dialpad's problem. Overall: Helping direct calls to the right department.
Dialpad Pros: It was super easy to contact my coworkers with this software, i like the option to receive an email when somebody leave a message to me. Cons: i never had a problem, so for my job was perfect.
BEST APPLICATION TO WORK IN SALES! Pros: Dialpad is a very good application for calling and for working in a sales department. You have the opportunity of calling back the people who is calling you and you never lose possible customers because you can always call them back.
