Desktop version is great, while mobile app has lot of lags and more of the times it is not possible to make or receive calls on app version.
Great
DialPad is a great virtual phone system WHEN IT WORKS! I have been using DialPad for years at work, and it has been a blessing WHEN IT WORKS. Being able to answer calls at my desk on my computer, in the car with my bluetooth connection, and on the street on my phone while not providing my personal cell phone number has been perfect for my busy life.

The interface is really beautifully designed. It isn't always the most seamless experience, but I've enjoyed it more than I have other VoIP apps and it gets the job done.
Love the business focus, for a small business. Because having a seperate phone number, texting to the office number, voice mail to text service and web/conference number meeting service makes your business a strong powerhouse to those who just operate with a cell phone number.
