Great app
This is a pretty convenient app to use. I like it just requires the data connectivity so I can use it anytime and also the call quality is good. I like the feature where you can run the network and audio diagnostics by your own and figure what is wrong.
I'm satisfied
Love the app! It makes our work phones available on all devices. When I am traveling, my laptop will ring or my cell phones. I love how it uses data as well, when I am traveling out of the country, it allows me to use my phone through the app as I would in the states. Another benefit is because you are calling through the data when traveling (out of the country) you do not have to dial the country codes! The ease of use is awesome. Do not disturb is awesome. I use Dialpad for work, and i gotta say, it's a great app to use. Because of the nature of my job, this allows me to work straight from my phone if necessary, and since the the phone app is as intuitive as the desktop software, i hardly miss a beat.
We recently switched to Dialpad for the office use. It's been great. Support has been wonderful and helpful getting everything set up. The text service needs some work, but it works.
My small business has been a client for 4 years and love DialPad. It is very easy to use and can be about as robust a professional phone system you can think of. Any time we have had trouble or questions, which is not very often, we have had it solved quickly. We love DialPad!
This is awesome Application for calling purposes. The voice quality is outstanding and easy to submit fax and sending messages.
It's decent & has good service & support. I like the v-mail & that I can swap over & use my cell network instead of my data. My one dislike, & it's pretty irritating, is that I was unable to distinguish whether the calls were coming to my personal number or dialpad number. I contacted support & they found a workaround where all calls to my dialpad # look like they're coming from my dialpad # (looks ike I'm calling myself) so at least I know which greeting to use, but not who's calling me.
