Happy dialpad user Pros: Easy to implement. Good price for the value. Good customer service Cons: The mac app is not great. It occasionally freezes or crashes

Communication made seamless with Dialpad. Pros: The deployment is easy. The operation is seamless. Cons: Calender integration needs to improve. Call drops need to be improved. Overall: Overall the experience has been pleasant and we have been using the solution with great success.

Great tool for business- superb clarity Pros: I had no part in the set up. The initial idea of using a computer for my main phone was odd to me and a little intimidating. The transition was a breeze and I love the crisp clarity of the sound. We have very little issue with the Dialpad system. Cons: I am not a fan of using a headset but like the option to be able to do so in order to keep both hands free to work. I do also have a desk top that I prefer to use for quick calls. Overall: It would be odd now to work without it.

Dialpad Review Pros: User friendly. Access a lot of information and makes job easier to do. Work smart, not hard. Cons: It won't ring sometimes and says I missed a call. It has went blank when answering a call. Has put me in and out of off duty. Have gotten a call on off duty(on break) and Gotten a call while on a call.

Great IP Phone Software With Room for Improvements Pros: Great audio quality, with an ability to take your phone number with you wherever you go, on the laptop or on your phone. Great customer support. Cons: The voicemail transcription is the weakest link. Can't rely upon it. Overall: Overall, great software that is well worth the price of admission.

I Love It! Pros: I love how DialPad offers all of the contacts information right there all at one time. You can check and see the last email, text, appointment. Also, you can view tips to use in you conversation. Cons: I don't have a whole lot of cons for Dialpad. The only thing, I may say is when there time for an update, my app starts to disconnect a bit when receiving calls/text messages. Other than that, I use DialPad on a daily basis all day long. Hurry Up And Buy Pros: You can do business across any device because of Dialpad Cons: When there is no coverage (data) using my carrier sucks lol also there should be a notepad within dialpad when on the computer.

Easy to Use and Helps Productivity Pros: I love that I have the ability to Text my customers. This is the preferred method of communication for so many and I can talk to customers in a way they prefer. It syncs with Salesforce so I can keep track of all my communications with clients across different systems and track coworker's communication as well. Cons: The voice to text is not always accurate, but it's usually enough to get the point of the message across.

Easy! Pros: Super easy to use and navigate. The layout is simple and clean, making everything about it's use easy. Cons: Nothing! I like everything about this program and never have any issues. Overall: My experience has been positive, since using this product about a year ago. I was able to teach myself how to use and never had any issues with connection.
