No doubt it's the best calling tool till date. The only problem I face is when I answer a call on computer and after the conversation is finished, the phone app starts ringing (fake) showing a call from the same caller I spoke to or missed the call. Hope that gets solved in the next update.
Not bad. Works. Not a fan of Dialpad Everywhere on desktop, but less annoying on phone. New Text Message dialog is a pain because it doesn't show you history with that contact until after you send the message. Overall a decent and working system without too many problems, even if some areas of the application aren't intuitive when covering multiple departments as a small business.
It's an excellent phone system. For a virtual form like ours it's a life saver. All our team members love all the features. The best of them being switching from desktop app to mobile phone seamlessly.
Dialpad works great for calls & SMS texts when you want another phone number or 2 on your phone. It seems a little pricey, but probably worth it because of easy setup & use with lots of help if needed.

Excellent virtual phone system! We have been using dialpad for years. It's an excellent, reliable phone system that works for everyone. Our team is located all over the US and the ease of implementing this system was simple. We require a solid phone system for our daily marketing efforts. I highly recommend Dialpad.
I've got a love/hate relationship with Dialpad. Our business has tried many different providers, and reliability has always been a pain point - Dialpad is no different. The Dialpad app itself is beautifully designed and easy to use, but too often reliability issues overshadow this. For example I'll be on a call on my computer and transfer it to my phone app, only for the call to drop. I hope Dialpad continues to have laser focus on improving the quality and reliability of calling!
Dialpad is a great productive tool for your enterprise. With the Dialpad application I manage a toll free number hotline from another country in the palm of my hand so my clients don't have to pay a penny to get support. I can be literally in any country and have direct communication with clients without worrying about roaming charges. With the dialpad desktop application I can switch between my mobile phone and laptop while speaking with my clients and they didn't even notice the change.
