meeting our needs Pros: While our needs our basically simple, reliable phone service, the ability to text, the ability to review and save phone transcripts, uberconference have all proven to be very useful to us. Dialpad everywhere is excellent. It is great to have access across all my devices. Cons: Hard to say least about any of it. Adaptability with Amazon Alexa has proven difficult, but not overly important to us at this time. Dialpad has been a terrific solution for my small firm Pros: Dialpad was really simple to setup and I appreciate that the admin interface has made it easy to customize. The most important thing about any phone system is that it must work and be reliable nearly 100% of the time. Dialpad has worked really well and I don't have to worry that calls are not coming through or dropping for whatever reason. Call quality has been excellent and the messaging functions are also great. Dialpad or NOTHING Pros: It was easy to use, you can be anywhere in the world and you will be able to use this app without problems. It gets the job done and that's all we asked for at B & H Tax. Cons: Honestly, I really do not have any problems with the software, it does exactly what we require of it. As with everything else in the world, nothing is 100% perfect. Overall: Amazing!!

Great interface but could improve integrations Pros: The interface is very user friendly and easy to learn. Great feed of recorded calls and texts to see communication history with contacts. Cons: Number one biggest issue is that text messages cannot integrate into Front to be handled there. Better Front integration for that specifically and in general would be a game changer for us. Awesome for Routing calls Pros: I love that there is not constant ringing as opposed to traditional phone line systems, and it allows routing to different numbers for different things. Cons: Sometimes, calls get missed, even when i am there receiving them, but it could def be a connection issue. wifi. the option for clients to leave voicemails does not have enough delay at the beginning of the message, when people are calling and having to leave voicemail, we miss the 1st 5-6 seconds of their message. Asegura's review Pros: I like the price, the extras it inludes and the quick chat response Cons: Setting up the desk phones i a nightmare, and also the fact that each line has to be linked to an email is hard to manage sometimes especially when you have employees that sometimes are in different offices. I would prefer the line be standalone, not linked to an individual per say Overall: benefit is I can use anywhere

Review Pros: The sound quality is great and it is easy to use! Cons: The software sometimes doesn't alert me when I have a call then automatically says I have missed the call.

Dialpad Review Pros: It is nice being able to make calls from my computer as well as my mobile phone as well as add contacts into the system to call on. Cons: My biggest problem with Dialpad is that when I get a call back sometimes it won't ring and it will list it as a missed call. Maybe the callers are hanging up before I have time to pick up but I have encountered this problem a few times before.

Onboarding/Migrating Pros: Mobile/Desk/Web-app allows me to switch between device seamlessly without the caller knowing. The call transcriptions and recording is great to review calls. I really like the Google integration as well. Cons: I would like the API to provide call transcripts with Zapier. This will allow me to create a webhook I can then pass to my CRM to create a case if needed. Sometimes my mobile app on Android when my screen is locked and the device rings through Dialpad the app hides. I have to unlock the phone... read more
