Great phone system Pros: I like the fact that I can answer from anywhere, office or mobile. It allows me to better communicate with my customers. Cons: For me at least the software is awesome and don't really find any cons. It works great for what i need it to do.
Great Product Pros: We love how easy it is for our team to communicate with clients and vendors. It's so great for every one on our team to be able to see call logs and messages. Cons: We see several dropped calls and at times it can be confusing to find messages
THE FUTURE IS DIALPAD Pros: Remote Access making working from home a breeze! Cons: Occasional Audio issues particularly when calling other internet phone systems. Overall: Love it!
Dialpad is great Pros: I love how this software allows me to transfer from my computer to my mobile phone seamlessly. Cons: Sometimes the calls drop when transferring from data to cellular on active calls. Overall: Dialpad is amazing and the integrations with other software make it the best VOIP system for my firm.
Dialpad seamlessly integrates into the SDR workflow Pros: SDR's heavily depend on their phones to be successful in their job. Dialpad, love it! Pros: I love the ease of dialing and being able to text, the best piece! Cons: Occasionally, I do have quality issues, but overall it is a go to app!
Making using a phone easier again Pros: DialPad was very easy for our employees to learn and start using. They were resistant to changing but after roll out they had very few questions since it was an easy user interface and very user friendly. Cons: Want to use the mobile app but our company implements a MAM for mobile devices and DialPad does not provision for that. Great job so far Pros: The usability over so many different apps and devices. Cons: App drops sometimes, the app isn't always working but it does it's best. Overall: I'm enjoying it, I feel like the app is very strong and we're able to do this efficiently now with a better cell app.
Very useful and effective Dialing tool Pros: Effective and easy tool that can be utilized for local or national or international calling. Very ease to you and no hanging issues.
