A good app for calling globally all over the world. It makes calling easier specially when you are calling to different countries.
Dialpad app is more than a simple calling app, it also allows you to integrate the SMS within the app and the call logs, so you do not miss any interaction, lets you set your status, redirect calls, and more, if you go into the settings section you can select which notifications you wish to receive, the ringtone,and you are into a company and have a Call Center, it permits you to see the current agents and make sure they do not miss any call, by checking on their status and being able to listen all the voicemails and message... read more
The service is great! Call quality is great and nice to be able to use from anywhere. Only downside is app is occasionally slow to answer or switch devices
Dialpad is a useful app, with numerous cloud-based admin features that help simplify VOIP messaging & calling.
Lacks the ability to set do not disturb hours. You should be able to send calls right to voicemail outside normal business hours.
