Review Of Dialpad Pros: It's user friendly. You are capable of leaving text messages to people you've called, which is wonderful. Cons: It would be nice if the software had some kind of video conference capabilities. Something akin to FaceTime, Zoom.
Highly Recommended! Pros: I love the integration with Gmail, the features and the month to month billing. Cons: I would say that in the interface can be a little confusing at times. Overall: I'm a fan! Great system!
Remote Phone Forwarding for Office Practices Pros: That we could quickly re-establish a live connection with our students. Cons: The variations between applications: Phone, Tablet, Computer. Would prefer an more synonymous view of settings. Overall: Concerns that not all calls are connecting. While phone does ring, appears regularly as calls missed where no notifications were delivered for, "calls."
Easy to use, very intuitive Pros: I like how easy I was able to transfer from a desk phone, to using Dialpad. I was worried it would take some getting used to, it took about 20 minutes and I could never go back. Cons: I would like it if when I select transfer, the customer was muted from my microphone. I don't like that they can hear me searching for a specific person while trying to connect them. Overall: Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of the calls, and the ease of use.
perfect dialer Pros: it very easy to use. i can even use it using my phone. very intuitive. Cons: it rings to all platforms at the same. there's a lag for about 5 seconds before it is answered.
Top-Tier Features, Professional, Convenient Pros: The virtual phone number allows me to move the flow of phone calls away from my cell phone and exclusively through the business number. The recordings, transcripts, and routing features are top notch. Love making and receiving phone calls right from my computer since I am there most work days, or from my phone app when I am on the road. Easy to use VoIP Pros: Really enjoyed the intergration to salesforce and outlook. Makes it easy to see all my notes and info for important calls! Cons: The calls can sometimes not have the best connection or there is an echo and few second delay. Overall: Easy to see sales staffs calls and talk time!
Very easy to use! Pros: The cross-platform compatibility and ease of use. If I've missed a call and/or have a voice mail from my wired connection I can review and listen from any mobile device using the Dialpad app. Also the voice-to-text feature is convenient for those times that you don't have the option to listen to a voice mail.
