Who needs a desk phone? Pros: Dialpad has eliminated my need for a desk phone and offers and transcription of calls. It can also forward calls to my mobile phone with the app. I am a fan! Cons: The transcription isn't perfect but I feel like it is getting better daily!
Works great for most things, but integrations... Pros: Ease of use, maintenance, feature set, and integration capability sets Dialpad apart. The mobile app is great compared to most other providers as well. Cons: The integration with Salesforce and Chrome needs some attention as it doesn't always work as desired.
Used for coaching Sales Executives Pros: We use Dialpad primarily to record calls and share them with colleagues for coaching purposes in weekly meetings. This is proving to be very effective. Cons: The transcripts are not always accurate, but we don't really pay much attention to them. We use the recorded calls. Overall: This is a valuable tool for training and coaching anyone that is part of a sales or customer service team, anyone that talks with customers. DialPad review Pros: The consistency of call quality, and ability to quickly hold, transfer, or mute the call are superior to our previous software. Cons: Occasionally, I'll miss a call without a notification, and sometimes have slow response when making outbound calls. Overall: Overall, the switch to DialPad has been incredily positive, as it is leagues above other wireless call centers I've used.
Excellent for people on the go Pros: It can be used on multiple devices, regardless of where I'm working Cons: Synching across devices is not always seamless.
Great features at a good price Pros: Lots of features, lots of updates, easily integrates into Windows, good user interface Cons: The auto assist insist you spell out the first three letters of the person's name, an extension number would be easier. Also the ability to have people type a number for the fax number, or website or mailing address would be helpful and easily deployed. Also the UberConference feature is great to have but I am unsure whether it incorporates videoconferencing.
Interact with clients and donors in a personal but professional way! Pros: I love the Salesforce extension and ability to connect calls to donor profiles. Messaging is easy and connects right to my phone! Cons: Sometimes calls don't initially pull up the correct Salesforce household/contact if there are "multiple contacts," and this can make logging calls retroactively a bit difficult sometimes
Great system, keeps our team connected and allows us to track our progress Pros: The program has a lot of great features, allows for tons of functionality and to create call centers for monitoring projects. Would also like to highlight the call summaries, the executive assistant feature, and the call handling. Cons: Unfortunately with our company intranet, the apps can get a little buggy. Need to make sure you are always updating the software to ensure optimal performance.
