This is the next step in IP phones - Perfect for working from home Pros: Deployment cannot get any more simple. Set up the user in the web interface, put in 4 digit activation code on phone. Done. Work from home - SIMPLE. With Office 365 integration, users simply use their email and pass to sign into Dialpad from their personal cell phone, personal computer, work computer, anywhere. THE best system I could find! Pros: Easy to learn, use and their helpline/chat is impeccable!!! Our account manager answers any issues/questions we have right away. Cons: Adding users for a better, less in price. We have temp workers during the summer but a bit much to add them for only 3-4 months. Overall: Solid 10, hands down and am recommending to all.

Dialpad for Individuals Pros: Allows me to block certain phone numbers that just deserve to be blocked Cons: To see a summary of the discussion, it sends me to a browser Overall: The benefits are amazing - each phone call is automatically transcribed which is pretty good. Allows you to block callers that are a general nuisance. Nowadays there are a lot of spam calls using a dialer and when you answer there is no one there.

Dialpad review Pros: I helped with the implementation of Diapad in one of the departments in my company. I was administrator for a while and I was really happy with this prioduct. Customer Service worked very well, they help with any technical problem that I might have and in general the program was very easy to use, practical and very eficient. Dialpad Pros: Easy to use, easy to navigate around the platform, good service team and onboarding options. Good value. Cons: Integrations to existing platforms could be improved, especially CRM or something like that. Overall it's fine though. Good for a whole customer facing team Pros: If you want one product for all your Customer facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support) it is a viable product and will be a good choice as it can accommodate for these departments based on needs. Cons: The Zendesk widget does not contain all the features which the application or website has and we have found bugs to appear for agents (after call work not placing the agent back to online). Best Cloud-based Phone System Pros: The best thing Ive found with Dialpad is the ease of use accross the desktop and mobile application. The tool is extremely intuitive and great for working remotely. Cons: I have yet to run into any issues while using this platform. It is reliable, steady and very easy to use. Overall: We are using Dialpad for both outbound calling to customers, as well as internal call accross the business

Effective and helpful VOIP system with some quirks Pros: This VOIP platform continues to grow better and offer more features and allows me to access my calls and clients on my cell phone and computer. Cons: It was having issues on older Android phone and would switch to my personal voicemail. Also I was given 2 numbers and can't seem to control which one I send texts to customers always. Overall: I am pleased but want more reliability.

Good call tracking platform Pros: The price was the most reasonable of all of the call tracker that I checked. I have been pleased so far. Cons: I have not had any issues yet so there are not any cons. If there were a way to block Yelp from calling and bothering my client that would be nice :) Overall: So far so good. I am using this for one of my clients and it works.
