Just might work for you Pros: -Good technology -Different Options for their prices -Somehow affordable compared with others Cons: -Can become expensive if you need more than 1-2 Person to answer calls -Customer support can easily make your life hell -It took me more than 6 months to be able to transfer my number out -They can be very misleading and reject your transfer out requests even after you follow their strict procedures Overall: Not the best, but they are ok for anyone starting a business who needs a business number.

Time Saving Pros: 1. Easy to use when about texting, making calls and tracking data 2. Recording system and transcript are getting better and very helpful Cons: 1. If you are texting and get a call in the same time you lose all your text. Sometimes it's a delay Overall: 1. Be able to save money and time having the same software to text, call, record conversations and summary data from old calls and text is the best

DialPad - I'm avaialble anywhere using multiple communications platforms Pros: I can answer my calls / place calls anywhere and my clients do not see my cell phone number. All of my contacts in GSuite are available into the Dialpad interface. Cons: In order to have the voicemail trnslated, you wust have the proplan option. We were using the 14 day free trail offer. Overall: Availability for my clients anywhere.

An Amazing Softphone System Pros: Easy. Helps cut down on spam calls when auto attendant is set up. Decent integration with Google. It has Uberconfernece, which has cool features for a group call. You can set up departments that are multiple user ringing lines. Easy to setup. Easy and fast editing if you have alternative hours of operation a certain week. Great way to stay in contact with clients! Pros: I love having something on my phone that isn't my actual phone number to give to my clients. Also great to set the "Do not Disturb" during meetings and not have my phone going off. Cons: Some times it doesn't connect well to my headset and I have to go into their settings to test my mic a lot. Overall: Use on a daily basis and it is great! Great way to have 2 phones which out actually having two!

Fine when it's working Pros: It's easy to use and functions as a phone does without requiring any equipment. It also allows you to search and save contacts pretty easily Cons: It crashes constantly. I often pick up a call and have it drop, or calls just won't go through (and it's not a problem with our internet as everything else works fine). Sales Calls Pros: Good for Sales calls and making records of those calls. The number is completely separate from your personal number. Cons: It can be a pain to set it up on a mobile phone from time to time. Some users were successful and some weren't. Can be a hit or miss. Overall: It's good over all. Can be a bit expensive if you have many users but it works well.

Good tool with some issues Pros: I could make fast and easy calls from the desktop app, and I was able to get a US number from the app. Cons: The desktop app would not connect calls sometimes. It was an issue that happened at least once a week. I would need to re-enter a number 3 or 4 times before it would go through sometimes. Overall: Good for basic calling but it did have its issues.
