Such a robust app! I don't know what i would do without it.
I love the desktop application and the service. The mobile app is great except one major flaw. You have to delete the app from your phone for it to refreah missed calls that were returned using other devices even if you refresh the app. Im tired of reinstalling the app just to see what calls need to be returned. Other than that, I love the mobil app too, but it is a big flaw. We use Dialpad for our 3 person office. Each has the desktop application and mobile apps.
Work unstable, most issues are about voicemails. the system itself is not that much UX friendly as it was supposed first time. We are going to switch and try something else.

the Android is buggy and is holding back an otherwise good service. it really needs work. we almost considered cancelling our service due to the janky Android app
