QUALITY VOIP Pros: Dialpad is extremely easy to use. I really like their mobile app for iOS. The handoff between devices works very well. The call quality is excellent and the price is perfect for all the features that are included. Cons: I would like to see more integrations with other CRM's. Dialpad has made our business ops run without a hitch! Pros: Easy to set up. Established a business phone #, a conference call # and voicemail in a matter of minutes. I love that you can text from the web app. Dialpad has changed the way we communicate with customers. Cons: We had a slight glitch when we set up the 2nd department's voicemail. Dialpad Pros: This was the third calling software we had used at my company. It did everything a phone system needed to do. Cons: It seemed pretty basic, but a phone system's needs are also fairly basic. Perhaps more insight into metrics would have been nice. Overall: Dialpad is a reliable service that I would recommend.

Great phone system Pros: This system has a fabulous integrations with google products. I also love that it is completely cloud based. Cons: Although very rare, there were a few times where lag was experienced. Though I'm just nitpicking as it's not something that was experienced often. Overall: Good system overall that offers a very nice user experience.

Freedom from hardware! Pros: I like that we kissed, well, without mentioning names, we kissed goodbye to hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of "top of the line" physical equipment and replaced it with a simple "byod" solution... and our organization couldn't be happier with the switch! Dial pad at work Pros: its super easy to use, practical, i really like how easy you can transfer a call and see if the person was available or not Cons: i never had a issue with dialpad, for my is perfect

Easy to Use and Good Functions | Poor Sound and Full of Spam Pros: I really like how easy to use the platform is and how well it functions. Cons: I really don't like how 95% of the calls I receive are spam calls when I am trying to use it as a business line. Overall: Really like the product but wish the numbers on it were less attacked by spam. This goes for me and all of my colleagues.

One of the best software in web for business communications. Pros: We can easily communicate with our employees, customers and brokers.there are some features like group messaging and messaging options, MMS facility and also we can monitor the call here. The best Web based phone system Pros: I loved the voicemail drop feature the most. The fact that i now have the ability to leave a recorded voicemail is amazing Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything that i don't like. It's overall great.
