Several communications solutions in one. Pros: By far the favorite is Uber Conference. We use that all the time for conference calls and screen sharing presentations and meetings. Cons: Quality on VoIP can vary from use to use. At times it's a local connectivity issue, others its with the service itself. Overall: Dialpad offers several great solutions for communications and virtual meeting facilitation.
Dialpad - it's good Pros: User interface and routing are great. Salesforce integration was easy for our sales team. Cons: There are some good features buried in unintuitive menus
Dialpad Pros: We like that you can have it on the go with the mobile app. Easy to use and setup is a breeze. Cons: Its software so connection can be sometimes spotty depending on your connection. Overall: Going to Dailpad we have decreased or long distance cost and were able to add mult users to call centers to have phone coverage at a push of a button. So easy to use.
Dialpad Admin Pros: Easy to use. Straight foward to use and provision new lines. Great support Cons: No Cons, but would like the option to be able to schedule peoples telephone lines to divert at certain hours Overall: Great Product to use and setup, the admin console is easy to use.
Dialpad, great sales support, robust features, troublesome number porting Pros: Robust management features, ease of setting up call centers, integrations, call transcription. All of these made us choose Dialpad as our Shoretel replacement Cons: Porting numbers is a painful experience. The automatic porting feature does not have robust error handling and it was unclear on the next steps after failure. Works well..... when it's not having issues Pros: -Easy to use -Lots of features -Intuitive UI -Mobile app works well Cons: Constantly having issues with losing audio on one end of the call, connections dropping Overall: Dialpad has gone downhill in the past several months. They have added a lot of neat features but seem to have lost focus on the main purpose of the software, making and receiving calls with intelligible audio.
It worked, but not the best for implementing Pros: The service is provided worked, answering phone calls worked as expected. It can be challenging to teach new hires on how to use other features like transferring calls. Cons: Requires a license per user which was can be quite troublesome.
Does exactly what it needs to, but not much more. Pros: I use dialpad as a separate business number on my cell phone. It's awesome to have an app that lets me use just one phone for two numbers. The feature to use on my computer is super helpful as well, and I've been impressed that it does exactly what I need it to. Call quality is good. Cons: It is utilitarian, and the interface is very basic. It's not the most pleasant user experience, but again, it gets the job done.
Gets the job done Pros: I like that I don't have to give my personal number to clients and that I can use it for texting too. Cons: I get lots of spam calls. I also feel like my recent calls list doesn't update immediately or isn't accurate. Overall: Gets the job done!
