dialpad is a useful phone tool Pros: i like that i don't need to have an actual phone at my desk anymore, i can do everything through my computer. Cons: sometimes it makes my bluetooth headphones sounds muffled and "telephoney". I have to close out the app to get normal sound quality out of my headphones.
Good overall, but missing some features Pros: It works well for texting and calling, and gives you the ability to see all your interactions with different contacts. I also like that it transcribes and emails voicemails. Cons: Some people in my organization have had issues with dropped calls. Also, it does not give you the ability to schedule texts or send texts to email.
Need some improvement but still worth it. Pros: The price point is excellent for a small business. Call clarity is great and I have never experienced a drop call. Cons: Functionality can be improved upon. It's not intuitive for a new user and the instructions found in help aren't the easiest to follow. I also don't like that the conference line does not have video capabilities unless its within your company directory. Having video capability would eliminate my need for other services like zoom, etc. Overall: Acceptable.
Dial Pad Versus Other Phone System Pros: If you are looking for a cheaper phone service, that does the job of catering your customer's, this might be the one for you. Way cheaper than Ring Central and The Customer Service is Up top, but SOMETIMES not so easy to get in touch with especially on weekends. Dialpad is a useful telecom service. Pros: I like how easy it is to use. It's also great to set up phone lines that multiple users have access to. I'm also glad there's a dialpad app. Cons: I wish that Dialpad had a pre-recorded voicemail option. Secondly, it inconsistently will send dialpad calls to my personal phone number which has resulted in a few awkward phone calls.
Makes it easy to make calls~ Pros: I like the integrations with other CRM softwares, and their customer support was very helpful when figuring out a bug that we had with a separate app. Cons: The interface and customizability/options leave something to be desired. Overall: Better than some competitors, especially for the price.
Better than Vonage Pros: Very easy to setup and scale as needed Supports mobile devices Great customer service Cons: Limited call monitoring options A bit pricier than competitors Overall: Used a different supplier for a long time but after trying Dialpad, we are now customers for life!
Modern and well designed Pros: Really like the user interface and design of the platform. Feels fresh and modern. Definitely the best I've seen in this space. Cons: Seems like there is some lag when speaking to people. I don't know why.
Dialpad- The Go To Service Pros: Dialpad has great analytics for showing me the overall calls and the integration is awesome with my CRM. Cons: Sometimes there can be a delay but that is more on the CRM integration side!
