I use this app for work across my Microsoft surface, Samsung tablet, Samsung cell phone and my desk phone. The app allows me to work how and where I want to work. I can text or call applicants, which really comes in handy.

Great app, but I wish there were an option to use HD calling while connected to WiFi and normal calling while not.

Definitely improving. The HD voice (VoIP) mode seems to be choppy at times and I'm forced to switch to carrier calls. Wish it would gracefully switch between the two if wireless is low. The app shouldn't have to be opened in the background to work. Really like the redesign. Looks/feels much more focused and overall more clean. Looking forward to the new functionality coming in the near future and this app is definitely "getting there"!
