Excellent web-based simple to use telephony Pros: The interface on all devices including web is really nice. The inclusion of Uber Conference is also very welcome. Cons: Limited support to add service to existing SIP handsets which are not supported. Higher than industry average international rates.
Served its purpose, but better options now Pros: Was an early user when our procurement person signed-up for the product. It was extremely easy to use, but was very basic in features. Cons: There were not a lot features. It was a very basic VoIP platform at the time. Overall: It was fine back when I used it, but much better options now in the market.
It's a good, low-cost telephony service for a startup business Pros: Telephony services in general are messy, it seems. Dialpad is at least one of the least expensive and more versatile ones. You can set it up with the help of their customer service, which I found very helpful. They also can hook into a teleconferencing system, which makes it more valuable overall. I Started Using Dialpad And Couldn't Be Happier Pros: It's smart. The AI integrations and ability to analyze your calls is something I haven't seen anywhere else. It's one of those things you experience once and can't go back. Cons: I wish they had other features like call forwarding. I have to use other platforms for call trackers at the moment and it would be really nice to bring all phone services under one provider. VOIP that has really helped me to make and receive calls professionally Pros: The app is easy to use and it allows me to make and receive calls/sms without using my personal number. The desktop and web app are helpful in allowing me to send messages when my phone is tied up. Cons: Only thing I can think of is that I wish it integrated with my CRM or Zapier

Wish it had a few additional features Pros: Love that I can assign and assistant to take my calls if I am out of town. Cons: Wish my assistant could also take my text messages if I am out of town.
Love the phone system Pros: I absolutely love this phone system. It saves all the phone logs and so easy to use. I love how It makes calls right to my phone and my cell. Cons: None. Using dialpad is great and have no issues.
