awesome product Pros: This phone system has been flawless both in the office and outside of the office. I can pick up my calls anywhere for work with the android app. Cons: None other than some slight issues with the phones we purchased to use with this software.

Great VOIP solution Pros: This has been a great solution for my 24/7/365 business. Communication is key for us and Dialpad allows us to be extremely flexible with the ability to use a desk phone or PC/phone app. They are also able to patch their apps really quickly and seamlessly. We also use one fax line and have not had any issues. Their website for both users and admins is extremely helpful for both beginner and advanced users. My thoughts about Dialpad Pros: I like the fact that Dialpad is internet based phone and it allows you to continue to run your business on the go. You don't have to miss those important calls and you're still able to run errands and conduct other business outside of the office. Cons: So far I haven't experienced any cons, I really like using Dialpad.
Call Center Analytics Pros: It is very user friendly for all admin functions. I really appreciate that. Cons: Analytics are incorrect. We have manually recorded number of calls based on our leads and sales people and they are extremely incorrect. This is a huge issue due to the fast we pay extra for the call center analytics. Good, but could be better. Call quality is unreliable. Pros: The basic package is cheap, you won't find many other business phone systems at this price point - and I do like their modern UX/UI. I also really like the little call bar that hovers on your screen, it makes it easy to control the phone call while doing other tasks. Great bang for your buck, but would like more IVR features Pros: The Dialpad desktop app is easy to use, and the overall infrastructure is easy to setup. The analytics are pretty good considering the price as well.
