CEO Pros: It is easy to use, answer from anywhere anytime and love that I can block marketing calls. Cons: I do not have any issues with the software. Overall: Anywhere Anytime you are solving for my company. The price is reasonable and very easy to deploy.

Dialpad... the perfect solution for those using Slack Pros: We use Slack in everything we do. With Dialpad's integration with Slack, we communicate about missed phone calls and receive alerts for voicemails. This kind of integration has made Dialpad the perfect solution for us. Cons: We have been using it only for a few months, so I don't have anything that I would say we don't like!

Dialpad Review Pros: One of the best features Dialpad has to offer is the ability to integrate with other services. Single sign on makes accessing Dialpad a breeze, and with GSuite requires one less password for myself, and all of our users. We all have so many passwords that we need some form of software to maintain them all! Dialpad is awesome Pros: I like the fact that I can easily transfer calls and I can use my headset with this app. No more desk Phone Cons: the least I like is sometimes i can't hear it ringing. The sound stops working Overall: Dialpad makes my job alot easier

Great app on any device! Pros: DialPad is very easy to use and available on any device. You can make calls, text and do all the things like merging the calls, transfers, etc. Support systems is also great and very responsive. I would totally recommend DialPad to my friends. Cons: Sometimes before an update comes out, there's no ring tone.

Taking Business to a Whole New Level Pros: I love it's ease of use and the capabilities to give you to text as well. This comes in handy while trying to communicate with customer and co-workers thus saving you time! Fantastic caller ID system and ease of transferring! Love the ability to record phone calls as well. It's good but has problems Pros: I like the idea of having an additional phone number to use. Even better than it has an app for mobile and desktop. Their customer service is great as well. Anytime I have issues they are always eager to help. Cons: We've had some logistical issues along the way. Some on our end and some on theirs. Overall: It's a great tool should your team need an additional phone line.

Medium office - Mediocre product Pros: Ease to add new users, call centers, phone numbers, installs on mutliple platforms Cons: User management, lack of full controls over agents inside Call Centers and Departments, unable to butt-in, unable to dial by extensions without upgrading versions, must have same license across entire org (i.e. can't put management on enterprise licenses and sales agents on pro licenses) lack of super admin controls over users in org, unable to monitor license usage by assignment( i.e. who has what ... read more

Dialpad for Customer Service Center Pros: What we love most is the ability to work from anywhere. We love that you can pick up a call on your computer and then transfer to the mobile app if you need to run or vise versa. Cons: What we like least, is the number of times the desktop app crashes or lags and you are unable to speak with someone on the other end. Overall: Overall Dialpad has really grown our small customer service and dispatching center. The analytics and customization features are extremely helpful.
