High fees, and products barely work. I'm a long time customer (5+ years) and I cannot NOT recommend dialpad enough. The desktop and android apps both barely function, only the web interface actually works. They nearly DOUBLED THEIR PRICES from $19 to $35 per license, because they're "investing in AI" (BS) - the extra features never worked, and still don't. Now they want every user to pay a $167 SMS registration fee, and that only gets you 250 texts per month before accruing even more fees.

Lots of issues need sorted out. Call keeps rinings even when answered on another device. Extremely annoying. After I receive my first call of the day, my phone screen will not timeout and shut off after that until I restart my phone. If I'm using my phone for anything else audio related though a Bluetooth connection, the audio will not play any longer until Bluetooth is disconnected and reconnected.

App works fine, but I've recently noticed a glitch where it breaks my auto lock on my phone after getting a call. Only way to fix was to restart my phone. I have 2 different phones with Dialpad installed. I uninstalled it on one and kept it on the other and after getting a call, it glitches out the phone that had it installed. Won't be using until this is fixed as it's very frustrating and drains battery.

Frequently drops calls, scrambles audio, or mutes me. A real pain to have to use.

The app for Android is TRASH. ALL calls show up as city name and not phone number so when going thru call logs all calls look the same. The app also recently started auto declining all calls and sending just missed call notifications. The support is rude and says that my app is outdated by a year when It auto updates whenever these useless updates come out

Very buggy, people can't call me half the time, messages not being sent, when people dial me sounds like I'm overseas, bad customer support. Was speaking to the senior customer service team but went around in circles for 45 days then gave up.

Constant glitching with many aspects not working daily. There is no fix for most issues other than to clear cache and reboot which never helps.
