Not able to block calls in the app. I have someone calling me non stop and I've tried to block them but there's no option in the app. I went on the desktop program and blocked them but their calls are still coming through.

Terrible experience. Aside from glitches like not establishing inbound calls, or not being able to answer the calls, there is so many blunders in the ui/ux, that I'm not sure how is it possible for this app to be used as advertised. Not to mention unnecessary permissions. I'm honestly thinking about quitting my current job because of this app, since my company paid for it in advance, and can not get money back.

Doesn't ring 90% of the time for absolutely no reason. Looks like they have 'fixed' this bug multiple times, but it's not fixed. Just about ready to cancel and find another service.
The phone calls work fine, voice transcription is spotty but you can usually figure out what they're saying. The biggest issue by far is if you have multiple numbers, which is a big selling point of this service. When people call and you get the call on your phone you have no idea what number they are calling into. If you look at your missed call history, same thing. I have a work number and a personal number and since I don't know what number they're calling I don't know how to answer
Bad just bad.
Hangs a lot! If someone else calls you during an active call, and you end the first call, the incomming call is ended too. Tried many different combinations but to no avail. There are many similar faults in the app.
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Seems to have issues connecting to my phone. I will see an incoming call on my laptop but it won't ring on my phone. I don't like answering calls on my speaker on my laptop because I feel I have to scream at it. I also have no idea how the quality sounds on their end. Very buggy. Wish my company didn't use it at all.
