Fantastic, easy to deploy Skype replacement Pros: The UI is extremely intuitive on the user end, and from an administrative standpoint the service is easy to install onto multiple devices with little overhead. Cons: The built in AI functionality is not very helpful. Additionally, some users may not like that it is built on top of Google cloud for privacy reasons.
Dialpad is Amazing! Pros: I love that I can easily send text messages through this software. Cons: I cannot say there is anything I do not like about this software. Overall: My overall experience with Dialpad is positive!
Could Have Been Better Pros: My company switched to Dialpad not long after I began working there, and while there were some nice features and the sales team seemed to enjoy it, those of us in the marketing department found it difficult to use and problematic. I did like that you could connect it to your mobile number so as not to be restricted to using a desk phone. Cons: Outages and technical issues were frequent, and the voice-to-text feature could be downright funny with some of its mistranslations!

Mixed Feelings on this VoIP Pros: Setup was really easy and it was great that Android and IOS are supported so the entire team could use it. We loved how we could use our smartphones and we weren't tied to our desks. Cons: The call quality was spotty at times. I thought it might be due to bandwidth issues but monitoring the network showed that that wasn't necessarily the case. Dialpad overview Pros: Dialpad interesting feature is call switching whether you want to shift call from one device to another so you can do without any interruptions as well as it synch contact with linked etc. Dailpad provide many features like messages,group messages, call recordings etc Cons: The major problem is if porting number from old phone than may you get trouble and sometime call didn't transfer
Dialpad Review Pros: I love that our company was able to get rid of our desk phones and the money associated fees. Dialpad has allowed our company to be more mobile and integrated at the same time. dialpad is easy to use, easy to transfer calls, easy to do 3-way calls, and text. Cons: We periodically need to restart the software or log back in if we need to update our phones to the latest software.
