Dialpad Experience Pros: I really enjoy Dialpad for the ease of using. To make international calls and mainly, internal calls within my company, by writing the name of the person i need to talk to. Cons: Dialpad is very useful, but some time when i try to call to another city in Brazil i don´t have success. I´m not sure, if it´s caused by bad internet conection, but sometimes, when i receive a call from a customer, when i try to attend it, the same drops.
Won't use anything else Pros: I can call and text from both my desktop and my phone and make a handoff from one to the other mid-call. I can block numbers. Cons: I wish there was a keyboard shortcut for answering calls and hanging up calls.
Easy to use and great cost saving tool Pros: It can be downloaded on any device be it laptop, tablet or mobile phone. And it's very easy to use. I use it for travel and also for work when in the office. This allows me to call overseas customers easily from my laptop and through a headjack. When I travel out of my home country, I am also able to use this just like when I am in office. When I am out of office or travelling, I can also use this like a normal phone. The Best portable office phone system Pros: The system is extremely user-friendly and easy to set up and use. With a few minutes of training, most users are ready to go. The web-based management interface is easy to use and intuitive. Voice-AI makes scanning and reviewing calls very easy. Dialpad review Pros: Very easy to use and straightforward functions. It's plug and play! Cons: It's often clunky and has issues, and seems to have frequent updates that don't always fix the issue. Overall: Overall positive.
A great app for remote workers Pros: It has a very great and simple integration with gsuite making logging in a breeze. It is completely cloud managed so there is no need for extra hardware or server space allowing employees to use the app no matter where they are in the world. As long as you have an internet connection you can use dialpad. They also have very nice apps for both android and iOS. So you can pass a call from your pc to your phone with a simple click. No longer need a desk phone! Pros: Since Dialpad is an application that you can add to your desktop, it allowed me to get rid of my bulky desk phone. Cons: At times, I receive unwanted/spam calls. I'm not sure if there is a way to block a number?
Not worth replacing an exisitng system for Pros: It's graphically appealing and offers a cool mobile to handset handoff function. Allows for fax numbers. And the administration is nice, thorough and simple. Cons: Call quality will never be the same as a land line or cell phone. Most functions are over the heads of most users. Awkward to use in a BYOD environment, as it tries to import users personal contacts.
Virtual Assistant's Companion Pros: I love all dialpad's features. You can use it via web browser or through app. Handy dandy tool when supervising calls of agent. I has recording where you can download it. It's straight forward and easy to use. Ive only watched few video to help me get started and after few days im already working with it.
