Very buggy, people can't call me half the time, messages not being sent, when people dial me sounds like I'm overseas, bad customer support
This app is always trying to take over your phone. As a Google pixel user it is always trying to take over any other features you have going on. For instance, if I silence all notifications, this app still thinks it's it's turned to ring during important meetings. I realize it is a phone system, however it should not ring over or dominate any feature on your phone. I have also been on meetings on my personal number and had it ringing over and into other calls.

All looks good but after 3 hours a lot of it with tech support. who where great.I got told the £12 a month for unlimited calls and text are between dialpad numbers and to make outgoing calls and text it's extra. Very miss leading UK website.

Drops calls. Sometimes, I won't receive texts for a couple of days. Calls occasionally won't come through and won't send. It's not a great app. Unfortunately, I was forced to use this through my company.
Too much added "to do" stuff, is not subordinate to my cell phone.

Messes up stuff on my phone and my car if I take calls on my car Bluetooth. I pick up calls on my phone and my phone just keeps/ringing and buzzing the entire call, which is just incredibly irritating.

I canceled this service but kept the app to have access to history. Once canceled they deleted every text, every contact!!! I chose a later port date thinking it would minimize any problems. My phone numbers did not port for a week after, so literally, my business lost all phone calls. Then I get my first monthly bill for 2 lines. It is $50.... then another $25 in taxes. Not all required. My cellphone bill has $35 in taxes for 7 lines a little over 10%. Diapad is 33%

Stay away from this service! They sold me unlimited messaging for about a month everything worked fine and then 2 days ago I got a message saying insufficient message credit. Called them to see what's going on and was told that due to recent policy changes you now only get 250 messages per month and then you have to pay per message after that. All of a sudden I'm unable to communicate with my customers with no warning no explanation for this change.
