Surprise Surprise the cancel account link isn't functional, so you have to contact support and wait several days. Hopefully your bill doesn't auto renew while you wait. Edit: I was billed again while waiting for customer support to close my account. They even tried offering discounts to get me to not cancel. Now I'll have to wait 24-48 hours for their billing team to issue a refund. When chatting with a support rep they confirmed that there is no self service option to close an account.

There is a bug with that latsest update i cant make calls, i had to go back to the previous version

Absolutely useless customer service and support. I've spent months trying to get money they automatically billed without authorisation because they take weeks to respond to emails. I'd sooner recommend a string and 2 tin cans than this company. Update: The link provided doesn't work and nor does the email address listed for support with this app. I don't know who's running this company but it seems like they are incompetent or incapable of doing it.

Bad. Samsung s20+ the app keeps ringing for 5 mins after someone else picks up an incoming call. It is literally ringing as I write this review, with no way to hang up. The call was already picked up, lol

I've been a dialpad customer for 5 years - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Their product quality is lower now than when I started, even though they recently almost doubled their prices. Been waiting 2 weeks with no response as to how someone at dialpad sent thousands of illegal phishing scam texts from my account. They just keep responding that they dont know what happened, but will get back to me. Now I'm seeing an extra unexplained $31 charge on my bill that is not explained in my billing.
