Incredible for business use! Pros: I love having my personalized work phone number and the ease of use. Having the app on my desktop and on my phone makes my business life much easier. Cons: I don't love how on my phone the contact in dialpad doesn't show up when in rings. It'll just show the number so unless I have my phone out and looking at it when it rings, I won't know who's calling me. But that's really my only hang up.
Office phone, you have it ! Pros: 1. It's a cloud based system, it has both computer based and andriod/ios based application. 2. It comes with quite some update options from time to time, so it gets better. 3. It has got features of call recording, conference calling etc., which is quite good. 4. I Love DialPad but they are going up in price.... Pros: Originally I was in love with the price... (started with dialpad when they had a "free" plan). Recently started using dialpad again and still love it. My favorite feature is the ability to text clients. Many client use their mobile device and it is definitely convenient. Shared view of calls help tremendously. There is no need to ask a co-worker, did they speak to a client or has a client called. The ability to see that information is at your finger tips. Useful Calling Software Pros: -Easy to use and manage -Reliable -You're able to record calls -Onboarding new employees is simple Cons: Very rarely does there come a time when this happens but reporting can be limited. I also suggest having great internet speeds for Dialpad to work to the fullest. Overall: I have used many different phone systems and Dialpad is the best. It's so easy to run and manage.
My Computer (and mobile) are My Business Phone Pros: I am a HUGE fan that my dialpad number rings on my computer AND my mobile phone. This makes it really easy to make sure I am available for calls and ready to help customers. Cons: There have been a few times where the audio hasn't connected properly to my headset, but there's a decent chance it's been user error. Overall: I'm very happy with Dialpad. We use it for all our employees' phones.
All in one package Pros: From one place, you can attend official meetings, team conference calls, chat with team members. Moreover, You can use it anywhere either on mobiles or laptops. Dialpad has made it easy to switch calls from one system to another. Cons: As a user there is nothing that I dislike about dialpad.
Solid VOIP, easy to use the soft phone. Not great support. Pros: The soft phone was easy to use and the experience was great on a Chromebook. Cons: There were plenty of service issues. Lots of dropped/low quality calls. Overall: Cloud-based systems are important to us so we wanted something that we didn't need to manage ourselves or host somewhere.
