Amazing software. Horrible customer service. Started using this with 5 people in our business as a pilot, looking to bring the other 80 later. Unfortunately after six months of trying to terrible customer service, never came to that point.

Can't pick up call when it rings. Nothing works on this App. Try to listen to a voice-mail... nope... try to pick up a call.... nope... my phone rings but no dialpad ux is visible on the screen to allow me to pick up. Over 60percent of the world are now using android and dialpad still focuses on Apple...
Worst experience ever They terminate your account and send just one email that your services has been cancelled what about or customers whom we provide this number s Really disappointed form the service and when you try to call them they just keep transfer your calls to the next person and when you asking the question they telling you I don't want to waste your more time you can hang up the call and we will send you the email in regards with this
Flop and fake appp
1 month ago, we switched and ported our numbers to Zoom's new phone system. It is so incredibly superior. We suffered through over 5 years of bad phone and video call service with Sprint/DialPad/TMobile.
Service was ok but I cancelled my account in 2021. They charged anyways for annual billing in 2021, 2022 and 2023. I have tried to contact them each year but they have no support or contact unless you have an account, and once cancelled I no longer had access to my account and there is no record of it when I try to log in, I cannot even reset password as it doesn't exist. I reported to Visa as fraud in 2022 to get it refunded. Now 2023 charged again. Reporting as fraud again and cancelling visa.

Needs a lot of work. Very little customization. Horrible speech to text transcripts. Recording does not turn on automatically even though it is set to. Lots of issues for a business vip phone system.
Probably the worst app I have ever had to use. If a call comes in, it rings, I answer it, and there's no problems, I got very lucky. Most of the time it either doesn't ring, doesn't connect in time they can't hear me, I can't hear them, or the delay is so bad you can't hold a conversation. I cannot recommend the app any less.
