This is a predatory company. I disputed a $600 refund due to services never received. Dialpad told me they would refund the money if I dropped the dispute with my banks, so I did. Now they won't refund me the money. Straight up con
Horrible Experience Sold us the world and sent us an atlas. Very often the service wouldn't work, sending text messages was horrendous. They had to refund us for lying about unlimited text (not the case). The app is seriously bad. All that they needed to be was mimic any phone that has been made in the last decade and that wasn't possible. Messages can't even be deleted so spam just piles up. And they cut us off when it all got too hard, without any refund of the money they took.

They say on the website that they have features and then as soon as they have your money those features aren't available and they refuse to give you a refund. In other words, they steal money from customers. In addition to that their support is terrible leaving you waiting days for simple updates or just not getting back to you at all. There are much better alternatives out there.

Edit: The "contact support" link the respose to the review supplies doesn't work. The call quality is TERRIBLE 50% of the time. Often doesn't ring when, pops up missed call. Will only connect half of the time. Sending text messages the contact will not always see it - they would need to refresh their screen (if they are not expecting a message, why would they do that?) Sometimes it doesn't hang up a call. Shows up as "spam call" Doesnt work when tablet is horizontal. 3 sec delay on call
Phone never rings . Works on iPhone. It WILL ring when screen is unlocked with app open. You have a standby/ power mgt issue. All of my power saving options are turned off.... Doesn't work...
