WORST voicemail dictation I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with; nonsensical word salad. App does not display the time of a call/voicemail, only the day. Calls never come through even though the app is set to override everything. I'll literally be staring at my phone when I get a voicemail notification. 1 of every 6-7 calls *do ring, so clearly it's not a settings issue. All these missed calls are seriously hurting business. This is literally YOUR ONLY JOB DIALPAD!

Soething happened with Dialpad in mid November 22 that my App started to fail, call sound started to cut off and made it impossible to use in my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The bluetooth calls were always a problem and it just simply stop working then. I contacted support but got no solution. Funfact: it works ok in my 5 years old Honor 10 View. Now it simply does not ring in my phones!!!

Not working anymore. You cannot do inbound and outbound calls on version 9.5.0

New update that got rid of the hangup bug, instead gave it to me. Ongoing call notification won't go away unless I restart the application. Force shutdown doesn't work. Can't see any notifications due to this issue. Reinstall didn't help either.

Sorry to say but Miles behind from calllcenterfree, in call waiting and recording from typing translate to voice recording,and music on hold for waiting.
