Great Product Pros: Price and ease of use. It's great being able to switch devices. Cons: Sometimes the software doesn't work properly but this is rare.
Dialpad Pros: it is so portable wherever you are, including multiple computers and phones Cons: no real customer support unless you pay extra. sometimes calls don't immediately connect Overall: we are a distributed office so it allows us to get new hires on the phone in about 3 minutes
Dial pad phones Pros: It's easy to use, easy to integrate, as well as easy to train and set up accounts as well. Taking calls on computer band phone is Handy and nice Cons: Can be buggy or call quality can be spotty at times, need to have good network for it run smoothly, customer service can be slow to get back to you Overall: Has been pretty good for most part, some issue here and there but over all still better than a normal phone system and less headaches
Solid Service and call quality Pros: It just works. I have been using dialpad for over a year and have nod had any issues at all with them. The service woorks well and calls are clear. We are in a dead spot for coverage on cell phones So a landline from dialpad has been a life saver Cons: will reboot sometimes No complaints at all
Mostly good Pros: It's good for my record keeping with logs. Cons: Dialpad doesn't function as it was intended. Overall: Dialpad NEVER works well with the desktop app. Everyone says they have problems hearing me. It's not the WiFi. I'm on a gigabit connection, 10 feet from the access point. Dialpad doesn't always ring the iPhone app, which is problematic.
Works great in its current state, needs more integrations Pros: Its simple, easy to use, and a good value. I can also add and remove employees in various area codes very easily and its easy to transfer within the company using the softphone. Cons: Needs to integrate with Zapier so that we can use our phone numbers to automate outbound texts. Overall: The company supports their product, and we've been happy with them for 3 years now.
Designed for BIG, but no SMALL business should be without it... Pros: I'm pretty much a one man show, but I offer three different lines of services. I also have a cell phone number that goes back to 1998, so I like to keep it private from the business world. Dialpad allows me to separate all three service lines into their own department, with their own phone numbers and/or extensions, while keeping my personal cell number 100% private. Great phone system for companies that don't have dedicated IT and a distributed team Pros: Love the google integration, cross platform softphones, mobile app, ability to switch between internet HD and carrier lines Cons: Sometimes the call quality on the mobile app while on HD internet can be choppy. Overall: Overall, we're happy. Some better integration with Sales tools like SalesLoft would be good.
