My employer switched over to this service 6 months ago. It has been so glitchy and useless that it is making me search for another job.
Go somewhere else! Got a sales call daily from the same company but never gave the number out. Then when I try to cancel the account which you can only do over chat I get a message that they are not available. It has been over a month and still no contact, and I was charged for another month even though my business is closed.
Should get zero stars. Dont switch to them. You will lose more calls and money than you are with your current 2nd-line. I never thought i would miss the Line2 app but jeeze these guys are incompetent. Every call that i try to answer vibrates in my ear and then drops. Cannot answer calls with this app.
Great when it works, but trust the 1 star reviews... their support team is awful. We've had several issues with their support team, including a major one that had our calls with clients get disconnected. For weeks, they told us that it was our network despite what we told them, and all along it was an update of their app! Dozens of hours wasted, and 80+ emails. In a separate instance, changing our billing from monthly to yearly has so far been 11 days and 8 e-mails. Frustrating.
Definitely not Whatsapp. I've been using this app for 2 months since my job makes us. The call quality is TERRIBLE 50% of the time. Often doesn't ring when, pops up missed call. Will only connect half of the time. Sending text messages the contact will not always see it - they would need to refresh their screen (if they are not expecting a message, why would they do that?) Sometimes it doesn't hang up a call. Shows up as "spam call" Doesnt work when tablet is horizontal. 3 sec delay on call

Dialpad has VERY SERIOUS issues with MMS messages. It started with receiving long text msgs (which are sent via MMS instead of SMS) out of order. Trying to reconstruct them is a pain. Then group msgs (also sent via MMS) started sending my responses to each person individually instead of to the entire group. Now some group texts don't come through AT ALL! I have missed business critical texts! Their tier 2 support faults TMobile, but other VOIP providers i use like Google voice work! AVOID!!!
Have nothing but problems with Dialpad. The support I was supposed to receive, I NEVER GOT! THEY DID however took my initial payments for starting up the services. They didn't provide additional assistance as promised.
App is hard to navigate! Inbox view is a mess especially for text. Because it doesn't keep conversation with the same contact as a thread. 10 texts from the same contact would rather show up as 10 different lines as if it came from 10 different people. Make the whole inbox so messy and hard to organize.
