Bluetooth didn't work
Wouldn't let me sign up, buggy sign up process. Deleting app and finding a different provider
Used to be good app... my phone struggling with notifications... its stops after one ring... etc
I chose a later port date thinking it would minimize any problems. My phone numbers did not port for a week after, so literally, my business lost all phone calls. Almost a month after signing up, I still did not have access to text, which is 90% off my work communication with established clients. Then I get my first monthly bill for 2 lines. It is $50.... then another $25 in taxes. Not all required. My cellphone bill has $35 in taxes for 7 lines a little over 10%. Diapad is 33%
Awful 'AI' speech to text recognition that gets everything wrong. Invasive screen recording. Wants permissions for phone when it's unnecessary as it's a voip solution. Would not recommend.
I am not receiving my google verification codes through phone call and its really causing me major headaches as I think you guys are taking my calls as your own??
Tried multiple options and chose someone else, but it turns out their cancel subscription button is a dead link and their support numbers no longer work. Going to call my bank to see if they can stop payment... Update: Bank reversed transaction and blocked merchant, Dialpad used a different merchant ID and charged me again.
Horrible experience. Don't even think about Dialpad. I was looking into a new VOIP service and tried to create an account with Dialpad. Entered all billing info cc info etc but ran into issues when it came to logging in and using. Contacted support and was told to check again in 30 mins. Email came in 30 mins later that my new (unused) account was terminated for "violating terms of use." Btw I didnt violate anything and didnt even get to use it. Representative Dane was also rude and unhelpful
I'm not sure why it's not possible to check text messages. Going to a department from my phone when I can easily do it from my computer desktop app. Please add this feature ASAP. It is crucial for business. Update: 05/08/23 A year later. This app is riddled with bugs and issues. Too many for me to name on here. I'll be moving my business away from this company. Terrible terrible phone service. Wish I could give it half a star instead of 1 star. So frustrating.
