A good tool for making calls that are purely cloud based Pros: The main advantage is that it doesn't need an actual phone, we can call to our team located on different parts of the world via our laptops itself. The main reason we love Dialpad is that it is simple and the call quality is way better compared to their competitors. Great job team Cons: Nothing much, if you could provide windows phone app too it would be much helpful. Overall: Our team calls are made more easy and efficient by the use of Dialpad
The best VOIP provider out there Pros: Everything from the desktop software, the mobile app and the integration with a desk phone works absolutely seamlessly. The ability to quickly create contacts prior to calling makes it easy to see who's calling you back at any time. I used texting on a daily basis as a way of reaching prospects as well. FANTASTIC! Cons: None come to mind - fair pricing and did everything I needed it to and more.
Easy of doing Business commincation using Dialpad Pros: - Easy to use GUI and can quickly learn how to do video/voice calls and meetings. - Suits well for small organization for their daily operations. - Can be accessible from PC, phone or desk phone. - No extra hardware require in order to setup this. Cons: - Require better quality network bandwidth in order work smoothly. - Sometime getting poor voice quality in calling. Overall: For small business it's easy and quick setup and not expensive.
Dialpad review Pros: Love that it records the calls and gives the text AI from the calls as well. Cons: Wish I could sort my call analytics a little better by month insted of jsut last 30 days. Overall: Everything usually goes well with Dialpad there have only been one or two times things went wrong but the problem was fixed pretty quick.
A business phone line even though my business is virtual Pros: The iOS and Android apps are both great; no issues with the desktop app either. The call transcripts are pretty accurate and the analytics are useful. We use Google Suite so the integration is great there too. Cons: Haven't really ran into any hangups with the app.
Track and monitor your phone system Pros: I love that it is a basic monthly plan that includes everything you need as a small buisness to get started! Cons: I wish there was more features like call notes. Overall: So far, it has helped us get control of our over the phone booking system!
Good for substitute to individual office phones Pros: It is an easy substitute for individual office phones and is accessible on computers or cell phones . Cons: It has glitches and hangs up on people and doesn't always ring through properly
Dialpad Review Pros: Dialpad provides me with an easy access to one-click dial to reach out to my customers. Cons: Linking with salesforce can glitch and you would have to manually add the numbers.
Dialpad. You can be beautiful Pros: Click and call from chrome sites is cool. Like the history and caller id Cons: How do I say this. When it works it works well. When it doesn't and your on a call it suck. Overall: Want to love it since it's my current choice
