The update is horrible. Every call says weak connection. I've restarted my phone, the router, checked for updates and still I have a problem with dropped calls. Please fix and restore the old version.

Threads are not loading. You need to open the threads like 5 times before it loads. It's happening all the time. App also keeps crashing and will say "app keeps stopping".

Terrible app. Multiple bugs that have meant that calls drop out 90% of the time and I have missed calls. Also a bug that notifications can't be closed unless I restart my phone. And even though I've re-recorded my voicemail message about 6 times, it stops working after a while. Terrible app, terrible service. I would choose another except my business is now tied to this phone number.
Terrible customer service. JN in the billing department is the worst person I have dealt with in a customer service role. Avoid DialPad, there are much better options out there.
