The VOIP app that I recommend for any digital or remote business. Pros: Integrates with my GSuite account so login is easy. The app works perfectly with making and receiving texts and calls. The app also transcribes and records calls and voicemails which helps out a lot. Has all the features that you would look for in this kind of app like different departments, voicemail setup, hold music and a desktop app for making calls from you computer. Leaves a lot to be desired Pros: Pretty simple setup. Easy to maintain and diagnose when there are issues. Cons: Feature set leaves a lot to be desired, especially with SFDC integration. There's very little you can customize in the tool, making it hard to justify the cost.

Great upgrade for team collaboration Pros: Group messages are great here and I love mobile app. Our last chat/phone system didn't have these options. I'm really looking forward to using the search functionality. This will be essential for me when i'm looking up past conversations. Cons: No emojis? Sure, I can live without but this is all used internally so it wouldn't hurt if this has that option. Great Service for the new entrepreneur and distributed teams. Pros: I really like the ease of use and the numerous features. The biggest plus is the ability to expand and provision new services as your business grows. Very handy. Cons: Android application. Recently it has been very buggy. Picking up a call on an Android phone often times drops the calls. Subsequent updates to the app have gotten better, so I believe this problem will go away soon.

Dialpad is the best phone system I've ever used Pros: Dialpad is fantastic. Their software works on every device I can think of and they have plans starting a free to try their service on a single number through running an entire call center and everything in between. As your organization scales Dialpad scales within the same application and just works great. Cons: Honestly, there is almost nothing I don't like about the service. Great Integration across devices Pros: It is easy to operate across multiple devices. With texting now being so prominent, it is great to be able to use it on the computer like instant messenger and also have those messages available on your phone as well. Cons: Some issues in coordination between apps on the phone such as dialing into conference calls from calendar invites. Amazing product from an amazing company! Pros: Easy to use platform and app. Great integrations. Loaded with features. Perfect price point. Cons: The auto-attendant system seems to lack some key features and is the only weak point I found.

Need Sorting options Pros: I like that the software is very functional. Cons: It does not sort contact/call lists alphabetically Overall: Overall, it is useful when I need it. I would use it more if I could more easily locate my contacts and previous call by being able to sort alphabetically etc.
