good value but buggy. Pros: Note: Dialpad offered gift certificates to reviewers. I think that's shady. But I have used the app 2+ years. Best: I am a sole proprietor (single user) & love that this app gives me a business phone number that rings to my personal device. That's genius, a good value, and worth all interface hassles. Promising service BUT... Pros: In fairness to the "But/Cons" that I will mention, this is the second business that I've used Dialpad for. I've loved the flexibility of the service! Apps for all big platforms, and it has been fairly reliable for VOIP. I love their call recording and uberconference is decent although it would be SO helpful to be able to share videos better. Way to Go phone service Pros: I like the way it let's you talk via wireless phone, ipad, laptop or desktop phone. I like that you can text from your business phone by using the app on your cell phone. Cons: Requires a few too many clicks to block junk callers. I'm sure the will fix this. Overall: Excellent choice. Very happy with multiple devices to make your phone calls.

Fantastic VOIP service for our Small Business! Pros: Call quality, ease of use, stability and reliability of both the client software and the calls themselves, great features for teams, and very affordable pricing. Cons: We've noticed that, on occasion, when adding a contact to Dialpad and then having that contact call in does not always associate them with that newly created contact entry. Whenever that happens, we have to delete the contact entry that was already created, and then create a new contact entry for that person... read more

Very Good System Pros: click to call, links to Google contacts, goes to cell phone easily, eay to sms.. Good system Cons: at first there was customer service by phone. I guess - there is not so much money to chat on the phone... lol Overall: very good.

Outstanding small business solution to your communication needs Pros: The ease of use. It just works! Also very customized and expandable. Cons: Really nothing. They seem to be constantly improving the software. Overall: It has solved many of my communication needs. From phone calls, texting, messaging, etc. All at an affordable price. The expandability is outstanding!

Great iOS app and voip service for a small business Pros: iOS integration is the best I've used and the interface is much better than Ring Central. Cons: iOS app occasionally doesn't make a call properly, sometimes freezes up on the call screen or in the background.

Dialpad instead of a phone system Pros: It was easy to use, allowed me to have a local number that I can forward as needed. Cons: The call quality is not always as good as I would like. Its been fine on my side, but I have gotten a few complaints that my customers are having a hard time hearing me.

The future of phones Pros: So easy to set up and use So great not to be tethered to your desk, especially in an open office So helpful to have the same telephone functionality if you are working at home or on the road So much less expensive than a traditional phone system Cons: We have no regrets about switching to Dialpad and would recommend it without reservations.
