Unable to stop the emails
Paid for the service, and I couldn't login upon account creation. Pulling out my hair for customer service to help me login. They said I logged in outside of the US on a MacBook Pro thats in California and no VPN or encryption at all. Absolute nonsense.
Terrible app with borderline "unethical" practices
Audio is always choppy. Would like an option to take off hd and get non choppy audio.
Horrible experience. Calls don't go thru, call logs are impossible to decipher, call logs across devices show different logs, call transcripts are worthless, settings are all over the place, worst of all the user interface is terrible, difficult to use in any sensible way. Answer a phone call and the phone keeps ringing while you take the call. Default settings will end a call upon a new call coming in. Undeveloped prototype it seems. Lots and lots of problems.
Pray you never need their customer service. Singularly the most unhelpful lot I've ever come across. Outsourced, of course. Condescending. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over. Apparently none of them have supervisors. Say they'll email you their final answer and there's no response when you write back. I'd rather die than deal with them again. I'd award no stars if I could.

At the most basic level, this app provides tools needed, and has occasional defects. At times the service is weak, despite my wifi being strong. However, the biggest issue I have experienced are MASSIVE fees and taxes, resulting in a 66% upcharge from the promoted rate. Be very careful when agreeing to a plan here, and be sure to ask them for a full breakdown of your anticipated first invoice. Again, you could end up paying 66% more than the rate you see advertised.
Soething happened with Dialpad in mid November 22 that my App started to fail, call sound started to cut off and made it impossible to use in my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The bluetooth calls were always a problem and it just simply stop working then. I contacted support but got no solution. Funfact: it works ok in my 5 years old Honor 10 View.
