Dialpad Review Pros: Dialpad is just simple like using my iPhone it does what its meant to do in the simplest form. I really am happy with the service. Cons: I sometimes wish there was a smaller desktop option. I wish I could adjust to my liking and make it smaller than 3/4 of my screen.
Great Service! So easy to use. Pros: Loved the ease of use. Love the interface. Loved the setup. Love the international calling ability. Love the texting feature! Cons: I wish there would be an easier way to see all of my contacts in one place, and that phone logs for the whole company can be easily viewed without an export. Basic plans can't reach a phone service, which could be bad news in the case of an emergency. Sometimes calls get dropped... but not too often.
Great service for my business Pros: I like the separation of a work phone and the integration within my current workflow. Cons: Mobile app sometimes doesn't ring in time for me to pick up the call. Overall: The greatest benefit is to allow my staff to have a separate work phone that doesn't get mixed up with personal calls and texts.
Innovative Phone System punches above it's weight class Pros: Ease of use and low cost set this apart from competitors. We dumped Shoretel system in favor of this system. We have no upgrade costs, and the service runs seamlessly from the cloud. I would never buy another phone system again, and can't believe how much money we spent on our old system. Solid Cloud VOIP performer with tight Google Integration Pros: Integrates well with G Suite and other apps. Many SW options for web, desktop and mobile. Powerful self managed user features. Fairly strong cloud attendant functions. Nice extras like voicemail transcription and HD voice. Cons: The Obihai phones are solid but seem to be the only ones natively supported. Review Pros: Ease of use and functionality. Compatible with multiple OS platforms and desk sets Cons: The outbound display on the phones shows a relay number instead of the dialed number. This is confusing and degrades product perception. Overall: Overall our experience is good. We install the product for customers and use it in our business. Customer service is the biggest holdback with this product, the current model needs to be inline with similar products.
Dialpad Use Pros: Allows me to take my office number with me wherever I go. No need to set up call forwarding or anything, just get your phone number and go! Cons: At first it was a little hard to associate names and numbers together but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy.
Great alternative to using a personal line/work phone Pros: The fact that I don't have to have two phones at the same time. Personal phone and work phone are all in one. Cons: Not sure why the phone number changes when you go to call it. May be unavoidable, but causes confusion at times. Overall: Quality experience. Good call forwarding and intuitive UI.
This is the way all phone systems should operate! Pros: My phone goes with me wherever I am. Easy and efficient call routing via the smartphone and desktop apps. This is a vastly better solution than a traditional phone system. Cons: The deskphone (which we don't use all that often) does not give an option to transfer directly to another caller's voicemail.
