I was a loyal customer after Openphone totally botched our VOIP service. Dialpad has some nice features but its really buggy, drops calls, SMS messages are sequence jumbled and hard to read. It just feels like they dont actually care, dont have enough money to fix thier bugs and refuse to offer real support beyond lip service. Don't do it, find another service. We went with Google voice and it's a solid service so far after this horrible experience.

The app is very slow. You guys need to fix the delay in performing actions on app. Interface of app is also not good compare to other apps.

Beware! Unethical billing practices... very predatory. They make it virtually impossible to cancel an account, they won't let you simply cancel online, you have to contact their support and you will be on hold for exceedingly long amounts of time, including the online chat. 20 minutes online with the chat representative, constantly waiting for his delayed responses despite repeatedly telling him to just cancel my account, then it disconnected . I'm now having to dispute it on my credit card

Sometimes significant lag time between picking up call and hearing audio. Sometimes calls do not resolve on receiving end (straight to VM). Sound artifacts when on the move during transitive from Wifi to mobile network. Using mobile network requires you to 'Dial 1' to pick up a call... its not always convenient to do and adds time to pick up call. Not sure this is a reliable service unless strictly using over WiFi.

Buggy. It works initially but will still bring up calls on your mobile that's already been taken care of on desktop

Should get zero stars. Dont switch to them. You will lose more calls and money than you are with your current 2nd-line. I never thought i would miss the Line2 app but jeeze these guys are incompetent.
