Doesn't support building call boxes, a fact that isn't elicidated until you call in and wait on hold. Interface isn't intuitive.
Horrfifc. For a phone app to constantly miss phone calls (all settings checked and fine) and for the "solution" to be uninstalling and reinstalling the app, is simply inexcusable
Nearly impossible to downgrade your plan... very shady. Upgrading is so easy to do in the portal. Downgrading requires you contact support, who attempts to contact billing (who doesnt respond to support). Then support says they'll het back to you. Two days later here my plan is still not downgraded. Still waiting.
No need for download, waste
Dial Pad is great on a desktop platform but on mobile, nothing works whatsoever. Can't call out or see messages or missed calls. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Very dissatisfied with the Dialpad app.
I would avoid at all costs! Had to get customer service involved to sign up, to port numbers to do just about anything you have to reach out to tech support as their service website is so glitchy

Not good, doesn't work half of the time. Please improve.
Around 6 hours of time spent trying to sign up and setup, mostly constantly online. Mobile website caused issues, could not login to setup online to login to this app. Support times out quickly and doing things you get new people oftem, many of them didn't bother to read messages just posted, didn't get back about arranged crucial info, like why account cancelled that we reactivated to no progress. Kept giving wrong advice that the record showed didn't work. Around on circles.
