It Works, Great Idea, Could be more stable Pros: Like the way it routes to different phones/computers/whatever. Cons: it locks up, it hogs up my computer memory often see it using over 1.5gigs of memory and I don't have that much phone volume in there for it to juggle. Overall: it works but sometimes it locks up and I loose a call or it wont let me call out.
Dialpad drives RESULTS Pros: We love how it interfaces with Salesforce. It seamlessly records every call directly into the Salesforce record, as well display the Salesforce contact or lead name while dialing. Great VOIP quality and thewy have foreign coverage, we use Dialpad in North America, New Zealand and Australia. Cons: The dial pad panel should come up automatically once the call is connected to reduce keystrokes. The best for working from anywhere! Pros: Our team LOVES this software because it allows us to work from ANYWHERE. We can answer phone calls remotely or on the road by using the desktop app or the mobile app. We've also found the texting feature to be incredibly helpful! This allows us to communicate in a whole new way with our clients. Easy for a team who mainly works remotely to communicate in an organized fashion Pros: I love that everyone from my company can have their own work phone number that also forwards to their personal phone number. It has made it easy for my company to have a "uniform" look on the outside when working with clients. I also love being able to get emails with voicemail text -- sometimes its hard to check voicemails but this makes its simple. It's great software... when it works Pros: Very easy to search for coworker/colleagues phone numbers, simple to set up call forwarding, and a great way to organize communication with clients without giving out my personal phone number (so it's easier to disconnect when I need to) Cons: Needs an extremely fast internet speed in order to work properly; sometimes I'll get notifications that I missed a call without ever receiving a notification for the actual call itself.
It's my phone system for work Pros: I really like that there is an app for my iPhone so I can make calls from it and text clients when I'm on the go. I also like that I can be at my computer and text people. Cons: The text on the app is really small so it's a bit hard to read. I haven't figured out if that is an iPhone setting or Dialpad setting. Overall: I already have recommended it to others because it's really convenient and helps me keep all work related texts in one place.
Really helpful app for a small business. Pros: It gives our small nonprofit the full capabilities of a large enterprise. It helps us build credibility with our customers by meeting their expectations for professionalism every time they call. One of the best dialers out there Pros: Stable platform hardly ever crashes and does a great job with connectivity. Audio is usually crystal clear especially when calling other dial pad users Cons: Sometimes, the Bluetooth headset confuses dialpad and audio stop working. Sometimes the audio cuts out, or it will just continue to dial somebody without it actually going to a dial tone. Usuallya quick application quit does the trick.
