Amazing product. Game changer. Pros: The ability to send and receive text messages from my employees directly from my computer. It's so much faster. I can also answer calls right from my laptop, for when I'm away from my phone. Being able to internally message office coworkers. This is a really cool phone system that is great for my remote team! Pros: I love that it ties into uberconference. the automatic calling of participants is great. The portability is really cool and something I take advantage of all of the time. Cons: The price. The software is great and the free version is really well done. But I have 10 team members and I can't afford to let each have a dedicated phone line like I would like because its too expensive.
Our organization uses dialpad, however, I don't use it very often personally Pros: I think it's a valuable piece of software, however, I tend to give out my personal number because of the nature of my work. Cons: I like the interface where you login initially, but after that, the software seems a bit clunky and unintuitive.
Terrific Pros: I really like how the phones can be given specific numbers so that all the numbers are similar. It is easy to use Cons: The set up process of adding a new phone is easy to do but it is annoying. I wish it could be avoided
Good. Cheap Phone Service. Pros: It's easy to use and there really is no guessing too much. Clean interface. It integrates with Gmail. Cons: It does not record call automatically so you have to remember to record calls if you want to record a conversation. Has an App. Overall: Having Remote Employees.
Admin for the software Pros: This software is very easy to use especially for non-technical users. Has a text functionality from the platform that higher end systems don't have. Cons: Account manager was always trying to upsell. Account manager didn't want to be bothered if you weren't buying more. Support is email only unless you pay for a higher package. Overall: Using a cloud based software without having to invest in hardware. Great for users that weren't in Salesforce.
Has been a great piece of software for my business Pros: I like that the software is affordable, reliable, and accessible in many different ways. I use it as the main business line for my company and adding/removing users is super easy, creating a main line is easy, and having access to your phone via apps anywhere you are is fantastic. Much better than a desk phone Pros: I think this software is easy to use and I like that it integrates with your mobile phone as well, allowing you to answer calls from either your phone or your computer. I like that it also has video chat and texting capabilities, these really come in handy Cons: I wish the mobile connection was more reliable. Great mobile first system Pros: It works great for a mobile office worker. Nice to have it all on my laptop and mobile phone at any point Cons: Some enterprise type features are missing and not enough functionality has been developed for desk phones.
