Not working on phone properly. Mike disconnected while calling nd when screen goes off or locked.
The cheap plan is $15 a month. Really? There are a lot of free apps that have better service and are comparable if not better in what is offered
This app needs to allow the phone to dial out when highlighting a phone number instead of copying the phone number then paste it and dial out, is a time waster please fix that bug android sucks when they update stuff they Stella features and make our life harder.
Keeps logging me out of my app havent been able to log back in with my credentials.
Unable to receive phone. Cannot receive phone when connecting to wifi. Received when connecting to mobile data.
Unfortunately, I'm forced to use it, but definitely not something I would recommend to anyone. Buggy, to say the least. Unintuitive interface. Unnecessarily complicated. Be prepared to put excessive effort into learning how to avoid pitfalls of buggy options, and to have contingency plans for inevitable (occasional) fails. Almost by default, it's pushed into use by snobby admins and incapable management staff, so already in advance you know what kind of treatment to expect from superiors.
Please update the app interface for Android, it is very difficult to navigate an unorganized. It should be set up in a similar manner as the iOS version
Won't work on phone. App used to work on phone but now it doesn't.
A complete mess. Caller ID only works with HD calling turned on. With HD calling whenever we get a call they can't hear me or it disconnects. Easy fix would be if the incoming calls used data to show caller id but transferred over to a regular call as soon as you answer. Or just fix hd calling. Everyone in my office uses this and we are all having issues. Currently shopping for a better alternative for everyone.
