I'm not sure why it's not possible to check text messages. Going to a department from my phone when I can easily do it from my computer desktop app. Please add this feature ASAP. It is crucial for business.

These people are just nuts! What a waste of time! *** I tried to sign up. Got a message saying they didn't like my email address and I should use my employment email. This WAS my employment email. Awful! App wouldn't load on my Android; DialPad site wouldn't accept either credit card CVV code. NOT Encouraging. No customer service in site chat! Oh for Pete's SAKE!!!!
I'm using this app for work. It is extremely temperamental on my Note9. Lately it either doesn't ring at all but give a missed call notification. The call won't transfer to one of the various lines on the system. The other issue is the call taking over 20seconds to connect on my end when I initiate a call. It's really unfortunate that it's so buggy. I'd suggest uninstalling when not in use. This app has the residual affect of screwing up the normal function of the volume on the phone.
So about a month ago I started having an issue where every time I try to make a call they would be about a nine second delay before the call was made as well as every time I received the call once I hit answer that be about a 9 second delay once the call was made everything went perfectly and the issue was not repeatable on any other device I contacted customer service and I am still experiencing the issue on windows at least the experiences perfect not on Android also no dark mode
The phone app needs work. If I reject a call the reminder stays on top of my screen frozen. It is really annoying. Calls are pretty bad too.

Stupid and useless app. Inferior marketing bs. Avoid it.
