Way more features than the traditional phone system. Pros: The features are amazing. We saved money by going this route rather than the traditional phone system offered by our local phone company. Cloud-Based Office Phones Increase Productivity Pros: I admit I was somewhat hesitant for our office to move from a traditional phone system to a cloud-based one. After using Dialpad for nearly a year, I honestly can't remember why I had hesitations in the first place! This system makes my work communication simple and efficient. Dialpad is a great tool that is easy to use. Pros: Dialpad makes it really easy to add/remove users. Also, having the ability to see when another team member has answered a department call is very useful. Cons: The call routing features are not explained very well when you are trying to establish a workflow for incoming calls for departments. A helpful way to manage calls without being tied to a traditional desk phone. Pros: I love that I can use my own phone, without giving my number out to strangers. It's a great way to make sure that connections don't have to stop just because I'm not at my desk. Cons: My only complaint would be that the last time I updated the app, it logged me out of my account and I missed a few calls. Other than that, the product is great!
High Quality and Feature Rich VOIP Phone System Pros: The most important thing is the quality of the calls. I rarely have any choppiness or dropped calls. The desktop app is great with the ability to turn on do not disturb and the ability to switch seamlessly from a desktop call to a mobile call is great. Dialpad has been an awesome alternative to setting up an old fashion phone system in our office. Pros: Whether you run a company, work with a small team out of co-working spaces, or simply work from home - most of the time you want to have a separate phone number for work. We use Dialpad as our office phone system. We are a company of 70 people. Pros: Dialpad is easy to use and requires little to no training to get users up to speed. Transferring calls around the office is easy. Cons: The voicemail translator does not work very well. It is almost never correct with what the voicemail actual is.
Normally good Pros: Dialpad allows me to forward calls to my cellphone. I also like the not available feature. It's also nice that Dialpad forwards my voicemails to email. Cons: There was a period of time when my number would have a message saying it was disconnected for select callers. Our IT department asked Dialpad and they said it was the other caller's fault. I also wish it was easier to get print outs of my records and forward voicemails in MP3 form Overall: It forwards calls to my cell phone.
Dialpad is the best Comments: I use dial pad to lead meetings when the weather is bad and we cannot meet in person. Dial pad is fantastic! It exceeded my expectations with the way it integrates with other technology and its ease-of-use. it has been a true find! Thanks so much!
